Children under 04 years of age may stay free of charge in existing beds, however their breakfast is not included. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. קבלנו חדר מושלם, היה גדול ומפנק עם ג'קוזי, מקלחת מרווחת ומפנקת, היה נקי, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת עם הרבה אפשרויות., נמצא במרחק הליכה מהכיכר המרכזית
צוות הקבלה אינו יודע אנגלית והשתמשנו במחשב על מנת להבין אחד את השני, המגבות לא הוחלפו על פני שלושת הימים שהיינו שם
Petit déjeuner au top! Avec une vue de dingue
Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre et assez bruyant (on entends ce qu’il se passe dans les couloirs)
La ubicación del hotel es magnífica y permite movilizarte fácilmente
La habitación del hotel es pequeña y muy calorosa, pues el pato tiene tejas “pláticas” que para invierno ayudan a conservar el calor pero en verano es un horno, la habitación no cuenta con aire acondicionado, sin embargo pedimos un ventilador y mejoró el tema d ela habitación, por otro lado las habitaciones no tiene blackout sino cortinas medianamente gruesas y las luces las apagan a las 12 am entonces la habitación queda iluminada.

Camas cómodas, habitación espaciosa, buen desayuno, confortable y personal muy eficiente y atento.

Habitación cercana a la calle ruidosa por bares, mejorar la insonorización de ventanas.
Las habitaciones del fondo, están perfectas, sólo le faltan enchufes, pero eso es un detalle, en el baño se puede cargar los celulares.

Die Lage war super und fünf Blocks vom Plaza de Armas entfernt. Jedoch ist genau gegenüber eine Bar mit Open-Air Terasse, die bis spät in die Nacht Musik spielt. Die Terassentür hält den Lärm kaum draußen. Es ist dementsprechend laut beim Einschlafen.
Nos encanto la amabilidad de su personal para ayudarnos en todo, el lugar muy bonito, bastante tranquilo para descansar y una terraza maravillosa al tomar sesayuno.
Que una noche el restaurante estaba cerrado por la noche para cenar , pero tambien fue una oportunidad para salir y nconocer mas la ciudad.

Esta frente a un restobar y de noche es un escándalo por más que tiene ventanas acusticas
El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. La habitación era amplia con camas muy cómodas y baño espacioso. El desayuno estaba bien, con vistas a la ciudad.
Al no estar a unas cuadras de la calles del centro era silencioso
La habitación daba al salón del hotel , hay ruidos y lo peor que la ventana solo tiene una cortina que daba pasar la Luz . Si no apagan la luz en el salón central , la habitación nunca queda a oscuras
Établissement très bien situé. Nous avons été surclassés par l’hôtel. La chambre était très grande et confortable avec une grande terrasse qui donnait vue sur la ville et les montagnes. Petit déjeuner varié. Personnel accueillant.
La habitación era muy pequeña, interior y sin ventilación. Hacía mucho calor. No estaba bien limpio. El baño de la recepción olía a tubería. El desayuno muy decepcionante, se acababa todo y no lo reponían.
Nice hotel with a great breakfast and a beautiful view of the city and mountains. Beds were comfortable. Good value for the price paid.
Our room door did not latch without effort. Air flow in the room was poor and warmer than we would choose. It was further away from the central square but close to some good restaurants. It seemed like we were always the last to be picked up for the tours and had to walk 12-15 minutes back. It wasn’t a problem but could’ve been better.

Staff didn’t speak English and made communication difficult. That’s more my issue but got spoiled in Lima and Cusco.
