Very convenient to get off the plane and meet someone in The Woodlands the following day.
Pros:

Check in was so easy. We have stayed before and so were familiar with the hotel. Room was good size for father travelling with daughter.

We enjoyed our stay especially whenever they upgraded us to a suite after our carpet got wet from the ac leaking water.
Pros:

Very clean and had a bar

Cons:

The ice machine didn’t work on several floors and our room had a leak in the air conditioning unit. The carpet got soaking wet.

Wonderful weekend get away; Comfortable, convenient and always clean!
Pros:

Located within a mile of the event we were attending, staff was extremely friendly and helpful without being too over the top. Always clean and comfortable! Stay here every time we visit the Woodlands, which is at least twice a year and plan on being back many many times in the future. Will never stay anywhere else, ALWAYS Crowne Plaza!!

Cons:

There’s absolutely nothing I didn’t like.

Pros:

Front desk was very welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was soft.

Cons:

The AC kept making a clicking noise all night long. I couldn't sleep. Housekeeping starting knocking on the door at 11:30am, even though I had a 12pm check out.
