Fantastic hotel. Looks great, staff so attentive! It was my daughter’s bday and they surprised her with balloons and sweet treats in the room and at dinner!

Clean and comfortable.
The 12.5 % service charge added to your bill each time you go to the bar to order. It is discretionary, but this should be an ‘opt in’ never an ‘opt out’. You only know about it when you have paid. The staff do not tell you. It is in very small print on the last page of the drinks / food menu at the bottom.
This made the stay a little annoying. We need to get away from this nonsense.
The room was spacious and clean with a great walk-in shower. The staff were helpful and friendly. The spa facilities are great for a hotel of this type - big jacuzzi with hydrotherapy jet plus sauna and steam room - all working - and the gym, although we didn't use it, looked well-equipped. The breakfast buffet was fabulous - loads of choice and great quality. We would definitely stay here again.

Really comfortable bed, the spa and gym facilities were excellent. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and the food in the restaurant was very good.
It was the perfect getaway.
