The bed
The unhelpful manner of the staff. The car park view for an overpriced £200.
Staff were very helpful. We had an issue with our room and with no questions they resolved the issue there and then.
Food was yummilicous! The restaurant there was really good.

All other aspects other than a weak breakfast score were very good, so it won't stop me staying again
Breakfast is a buffet which at 0730 had been standing for a while so had hard eggs, soggy potatoes and dried out bacon and sausages. Not untypical, but the chance to have a freshly cooked breakfast would be more appropriate to a Crown Plaza.
Het hotel ligt gunstig, heeft voldoende parkeerplaats voor alle type auto's. Bij de receptie zijn ze zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Het restaurant is ruim opgezet met een gezellige sfeer en de kaart is gevarieerd en ontbijt ook van zeer goede kwaliteit. De overige faciliteiten geen gebruik van gemaakt
Door de uitspraak van het personeel was het bijna onmogelijk om te begrijpen wat er werd bedoelt. Zag deze opmerking al vaker voorbij komen maar deze feedback hebben ze niet ter harte genomen

Staff were all very friendly but particularly Imma who was on at breakfast. She was lovely and made us feel very welcome. She helped us get the same table at breakfast which helped regulate our daughter with additional needs (may seem like a small thing but it meant the rest of our day went smoothly. Please say thank you to her from us!
Clean, Nice Spa, Excellent Customer Service. Location is good nearby you have lots of restaurant and Breakfast/Brunch/Lunch Options.
