Perfect location. Will stay there again.

Excellent location . Perfect walking distance from schools, restaurants etc.

Room Danie does not have a bathroom door. Uncomfortable for teenagers staying in that room.

The location,staff and room was excellent.

Cons:

When we arrived,they told us that there was no parking for us.We had so much luggage and had to stop two blocks away on a ordinary parking.The whole weekend we were worried about our car.

Decided not to stay. Boutique hotel doesn’t just mean nice linen and furniture.
Cons:

The signage was confusing. Although we had our GPS we couldn’t make out which one was the hotel in very busy traffic of Dorp street. At the end we phoned the receptionist and she told us that there is no parking at the hotel for us. She explained that the hotel just have 4 parking spots on its premises and it was full. We had to park in the streets 4 streets of the hotel to make that call. There was no parking for our car around the hotel. THERE WAS ONLY PARKING 4 STREETS AWAY FROM THE HOTEL. The hotel expected a 73 year old man to dragged his suitcase all that way (4 streets from the hotel ) and leaving our vechile with valuable equipment far away from the hotel. I called the hotel before I made the booking and asked if there was parking for me on the hotel’s premises and the reception ensured me that there was ample parking at the hotel. That’s why I made the booking.
With all of these to consider we decide not to stay at the hotel.

Pros:

Hotel bien situado en stellenbosch , personal amable ... parking para 4 vehículos por orden de llegada . Muy buen desayuno. Algo de olor a cloaca en las habitaciones que deberían mejorar .

Nothing much

Cons:

Claustrophobic rooms with a lift that is so so slow. We checked out early and booked elsewhere. A strange communal type kitchen in the middle of hotel rooms . Very odd and noisy . No door on bathroom!
No help Or care from the staff after our grievance. Had to basically pay to Stay in another place.

Cute, small hotel for short stay.
Pros:

This is a lovely little çity hotel which is in a great location and is perfect for a short stay. The heated towel rail was a bonus and the double glazing was great because it can get noisy at night.

Cons:

I would have liked more breakfast options. There is no parking but the parking area is close and there is always space.
