Overall great experience. Value for money.
Pros:

Easily accessible, someone was always on duty at the front desk. Terra is great. There was off street parking which was a bonus. Bed was really comfortable, decent sized room.

Cons:

Ah, look we're a fairly easy couple and hardly ever complain. Although, we had left our keys at reception as we went to a function that was going through the night and didn't want to lose the keys. Anyway when we returned the guy working the desk played a prank on us saying there were no keys to the room left behind and no one had mentioned to him that we left keys. Anyway, he then proceeded to say jokes... we did not appreciate that at all, and then insisted on going up with us in the lift when we did not want him to, he however did join us in the room. 23:00pm at night wasn't the time for that.

Excellent staff and location.

Cons:

Oaks room has a terrible smell in it. Quite nauseating. Perhaps from shower drain.
There was so much noise on the floor above me. Sounded like they were playing bowls on the floor. For the amount of money I was disappointed.

Breakfast was good main problem is most of it is Egg Benedict tipe no omlet or just a regular bacon and egg option maybe to rich for most but very good

Cons:

I booked accommodation at 107 Dorpstraat Boutique Hotel based on the advertised standards of a boutique hotel, including satellite TV and quality facilities. Unfortunately, upon arrival I found the room and facilities to be below acceptable standards. The accommodation was not clean, the TV channels were not available as advertised, and the WiFi connection was extremely poor. i have moved to another room Beds are old and extremely uncomfortable

Not a great stay.
Pros:

Great location (provided that you get a quiet room). Close to many restaurants and bars.

Cons:

No noise proofing (you can hear the neighbours returning and if you had a room on Dorp St it would be very noisy with traffic).

Very limited parking. Keys must be left at reception due to the tandem parking arrangements.

No DSTV (cable TV) because the owner had not paid the subscription fees.

Life is very awkward to use and only one small lift for the entire complex. Carrying luggage was a nuisance.

Ok restaurant next door where the guesthouse serves you breakfast but the breakfast menu was very limited and did not have many (standard) breakfast options.

Cons:

Badrummet stank av mögel, inte ok. Rullgardinen satt fast med en tejp som inte höll så ingen rullgardin som fungerade. Och om du har förnstret mot Dorpsteet så är det väldigt hög volym. Dessutom tokigt att man behöver gå igenom en hiss för att ta sig från rummet till receptionen

Teleurstellend en de beloofde (financiële) compensatie blijft uit.
Pros:

De vriendelijke receptioniste die de ontstane uitdagingen goed aanpakte en zo goed en zo kwaad als mogelijk, oploste.

Cons:

We kregen niet de kamer die we geboekt hadden. Zaken in de omschrijving klopte niet. Onder andere geen airco en geen wasmachine. Het hotel bood aan de was te doen, maar die kreeg ik terug met bleekvlekken. Dusdanig dat een nieuw shirt niet meer te dragen was.
