The location was perfect. The room was well presented and the decor was consistent throughout the hotel. The food was first class and varied. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Don't think anything was wrong
The location is beautiful.
The food at night was not great. Wasn’t told until ordered and then told we don’t have item. The room had stains on bed and toilet brush was filthy did ask to have it changed. But they just added bleach. Stayed a few times wouldn’t rush back.
Great for dogs
No fridge in room, would be good to put dog food in and juice

Price for a wee overnight for a wee brake from the kids is a tad expensive.
Views are stunning, beautiful room and bathroom, comfortable bed, great spa and very nice breakfast.
Evening meal took a very long time. When it came, my meal was good but my sister's steak pie had quite a strong odour/taste/texture, strange. We did get a complimentary drink for the long wait, which was appreciated.
The setting after a stormy night was ideal with impressive views over a white capped sea!
Being in a corner room the sound of the wind made the room noisy! Not your fault!
Location and cleanliness plus the spa. We had a hot tub on our balcony. And enjoyed beautiful views.
Dog poop bin right outside our restaurant window seat. Where dog squatted and (only) peed. We are a dog friendly nation but this was literally rubbing our faces in it!

The property is in a lovely location and is a modern fresh hotel.
Our outdoor patio had not been cleaned and there was broken glass on the patio table with shards of glass everywhere and on the ground. The table also had drink stains on it.
The food in the restaurant was very poor with king prawns over cooked and like rubber bullets. The cost of the food has risen considerably since our last visit.
It was our 30th wedding anniversary and our friends had arranged a bottle of rose champagne. The server started pouring the champagne for us and did not tilt the glass so it over spilled all over the table, he left to get a cloth. When starting the second glass my husband suggested tilting the glass but he replied “we are told to leave the glass on the table” so the exact same thing happened again!!! This was an £80 bottle of champagne and a gift. I think the service was totally unacceptable and he was quite matter of fact and not apologetic…. Very poor!!!
We had a spa day the next day which was excellent. The staff, service, value for money were all 100% better than the hotel. We have stayed at the hotel several times but would now not return. The spa is a definite to return.
