We had a disappointing experience with dinner during our stay. We placed our orders at check-in, just after 6:30pm, assuming the food would not take too long. We would have been happy with a 30-minute wait, but unfortunately it took up to two hours for some of the meals to arrive.

Had we been advised of the expected wait time when ordering, we would have made alternative arrangements and eaten elsewhere. The long wait was particularly difficult for our group after a long, hot day.

Unfortunately, the gluten-free meal also arrived with gluten in it, despite the extended wait, which was especially disappointing given the dietary requirements.

We however really enjoyed the accommodation and would definitely like to come back. The property itself is amazing, and we had a great stay overall. We just hope the dinner service and communication around wait times can be improved, as this was the only real disappointment during our visit.

kind of a scam with this online price. you only get it if u book safari.

FALSE ADVERTISING: .. i told the owner upon arrival that i was feeling sick, he kept pushing me to go on safari! then i said i don’t wanna go and he said the room costs will be MUCH HIGHER if i don’t book safari. then he told me im not allowed to stay more than one night ONLY. basically you have to arrive, stay one night, do safari with him and then leave.. to get this online price. i call that SCAM because they don’t tell you this in advance

Such a wonderful stay here! The staff were really friendly. I had a perfect 3 nights and the safari was fab! Highly recommend.

Super schöne Zelte mit "Dschungelgefühl"! Haben auch einen großen Binnenwaran im Resort -Tümpel gesehen. Pools auch schön!

Cons:

Restaurant Personal spricht leider sehr schlechtes englisch und so kam es zu einigen Missverständnissen bei der Essensbestellung und Lieferung des Essens

Schöne Bungalow Anlage, mit Blick auf den Pool.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, insbesondere im Restaurant. Großzügige Gartenanlage, schöner Pool.
Wir waren zweimal im Restaurant essen, sehr zu empfehlen.
Wir hatten eine 6-stündige Safari gebucht. Toller Guide, wir hatten Glück und haben einige Elefanten gesehen.

Magnifiques expérience dans un écrin de verdure raffraichissant et relaxant

Un superbe hôtel au cœur de la nature, avec des chambres spacieuses et une magnifique salle de bain extérieure : un vrai
Pros:

Un hôtel absolument génial, dans un cadre magnifique et très calme. Le personnel est adorable et très accueillant. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement adaptée pour un séjour à plusieurs. Gros coup de cœur pour la salle de bain extérieure, très grande, magnifique et vraiment dépaysante ! La piscine est également superbe et entourée de végétation, ce qui donne beaucoup de charme à l’hôtel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Consiglio vivamente. La struttura ci ha organizzato il safari nel vicino parco, con jeep privata. Bellissima esperienza
