Cons:

We had booked a King Room, but on arrival in the room it was stinking of smoke even although there was signage everywhere not to smoke. There was no alternative King Room available so was allocated a cheaper Twin Room, but not offered a credit for the difference. Room was adequate for a 1 night stay

Thumbs up to the Park West Hotel
Pros:

Upon arrival I was pleased to see that this motor motel was well signed .this may not have impotence some but other travel motels often lack curb appeal. My check in was a very pleasant experience . Alejandra at the front desk couldn't be more delightful to deal with which always sets the mood for a great stay. I have particular dietary needs and the hotel restaurant we're quite accommodating to my needs and went out of their way to help.

THERE WAS NO MICROWAVE INSIDE MY ROOM AND HAD TO GO TO RESTAURANT TO HEAT MY FOOD. I WAS DENIED FIRST TO USE MICROWAVE BY RESTAURANT WORKER WHICH UPSET ME
