Quiet, safe, clean, affordable, friendly staff, shopping, stores and night entertainment all close to hotel. Love the small pub and updated VLT’s, restaurant serves great food day and night.
Rooms dated and showers need upgrades.
The location was perfect for our plans. It was a quiet location considering it was just off of a busy street. It was also handy that there was shopping across the street. The "Classic Burger" from the restaurant was excellent - great tasting!
I would have appreciated a microwave in the room.
Excellent value for the money! Clean, spacious room. Lovely touches (lamps, bathroom light fixture and door handles, large TV, etc.). Two nice restaurants on the premises. Discount coupon for one of the restaurants provided.

Dry easy to locate and very clean facility
No elevator
Clean, quiet, comfortable, very accommodating staff, 20% discount for a good breakfast. Lots of parking, close to stores that I needed. Very good access to perimeter Hwy and Headingly Costco and Tim's.
It was all good. Only thing missing was a bathroom fan, not a deal breaker.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and thankfully was put on the second floor in a quiet area (my first stay was first floor and disasters! Generally the room is fine but absolutely basic…nothing to get over excited about! Staff are lovely!

Location of this hotel is good as it is close to the highway. The room was clean.
This hotel needs attention and an update. The mattresses especially need replacement as they are completely worn out. Please add a microwave and a fridge with at least a tiny freezer for us travelers to get their freezer packs re-frozen for the next day of road travel.
