Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Por la ubicación de las suites, muy cerca de lugares de interés, a una cuadra de reforma y sobre todo zona segura para transitar. La accesibilidad para encontrar donde comer, beber, pasear, etc, el personal es amable y respetuoso. El precio vale mucho la pena por la zona donde está ubicado. Es tranquilo en la noche, se puede pasear seguro. La limpieza es impecable, están atentos a eso y se agradece muchísimo. Sin dejar de mencionar que las suites también son seguras.

Cons:

El lugar se ve un poco "viejo" en algunas instalaciones, puede dar para más, por el precio creo que está "bien" pero aprovechar la zona y modernizarse un poco, estaría aún más competitivo calidad-precio. Los muebles parecen necesitar mantenimiento o algo de modernización en las suites en general, sistema de TV, aire acondicionado funcional pero algo anticuado, puertas que rechinan un poco, sistema de apertura con llave convencional, son detalles que pueden parece mínimos pero para ser una "suite" deberían estar más atentos a eso.

Sonó el teléfono de mi habitación a las 6 am diciéndome que llego el taxi aunque no había pedido con la voz femenina, después le pregunté a la recepcionista en la mañana y me comentó que nunca me había llamado y iba a revisar. Al momento de salida, le pregunté al Señor de la recepción sobre lo que pasó y me comenta que solo se puede marcar al cuarto desde la recepción. Muy rara la experiencia y mal porque no pude dormir después. El hotel no es para descansar?

Pésimo trato del personal de la tarde

Localización, limpieza y personal de la noche respetuoso y con buena disposición a solucionar inconvenientes.
