Cleaning
The hotel has excellent security, very friendly staff and is situated close to some of Karachi’s visiting spots. Guest relation adviser Soobia catered to our needs very well and the reception staff were always available. The free breakfast provided had great variety including freshly made items by the chef. Our room was cleaned everyday as requested. Laundry service was efficient. The hotel has its own variety of restaurants including in-room dining - highly recommend the mixed/desi tea. Cooling system was good.
The property needs to invest on renovating itself as the rooms were very rundown; carpets, pillows, bedding and towels sometimes had orange spots of rust and the room felt damp from little ventilation
I used health club for massage , it was a great experience,

Room was really small and should not come under executive category, also there were couple of issues in the washroom and the Internet was lacking throughout the whole day in LED

Reception couldnt give me cash handout not even very low amount $5 to enable me to order a taxi or give small tips to local people.
Shower had only a fixed shower head, lowest setting of the room fan generated around 40dB of noise. (Quite loud)
The staff was courteous and answered our queries promptly. Good facilities, cosy bedding. They extended our check out time on our request.
Wifi on tv was slow.
Some breakfast items esp pastries were stale.
The rooms were amazing and comfortable, so was the prompt service. Vimal at the desk upgraded us to a beautiful room and managed our stay and was amazing and professional about everything. Soobia was also very good who guided us to our rooms. Would definitely go back to stay but for longer this time.

Breakfast was pathetic chicken was undercooked.Honestly speaking the food spoil my mood l. NISHAT hotel Lahore food was amazing but thid time i was very unhappy.
