Pros:

We got Aymen in PC Hotel, she helped extendedly.

She is Real Customer Care person in PC Karachi.

Aymen made our stay very easy, confort and communicated full information in professional manner and she was very supportive too.

Thanks PC to have such Customer focus staff.

Not great choice in summers
Cons:

Changed 4 rooms and none of them were cooling. Having a house in karachi but still preffered the hotel to relax but these 3 days were nightmare. The hotel staff did there best but couldnt resolve the issues

Meet my expectations
Pros:

Delicious Breakfast with variety of food. We tried Chandni Restaurant; Top view was amazing with live Music. Receptionist Ayman and Imran were professional and provide us excellent quality of service.

Extremely bad. Will never visit again for stay.

best in town , marco polo , chandani top room and japense all are so good

Below our expection. It could be better.
Pros:

The Food is excellent and staff is really nice, courteous and helpful, the hotel location is central and it is easy to commute from there.

Cons:

It was really warm everywhere , AC not working well, they had to service the room AC at midnight when we checked in. Another problem is that they charge in PKR ! The booking.com rates are in USD. This is perhaps the only hotel which doesnt take payment through booking.com, and requires customers to pay in PKR. And definitely the conversion rates are not good. This system needs to change as it is bothersome and confusing.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks to the excellent management by Aimen and Rija. They were extremely professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality and coordination made everything smooth and comfortable. Truly appreciate their hard work and dedication in making guests feel welcomed. Highly recommended!
