a pesar de la mala atención , disfrutamos de las instalaciones y realmente por eso regrese.

bien el desayuno , tuvimos que complementar porque es continental.

Que la persona que nos recibió nos cambio de habitaciones , aunque no sabiamos que habitaciones nos habian asignado, el tono en que lo dijo se sintió despresiativo porque llevabamos mascota , pero cuando hice la solicitud registre que llevaba mascota y eso se lo dije pero si no vio mi solicitud nunca pense que ten ia que decirselo, me comento que porque no le habia avisado ; sin embargo nos dijo que nos iba a cambiar a otro lugar.
si no lo hubiera dicho ni nos hubieramos enterado, creo que falto mucho tacto y es suficiente para ya no regresar. al cliente se le debe tratar bien y sentí que no fue así. no lo dije en el momento porque sabia que me iban hacer esta pregunta en algun momento de su evaluación.

Es un hotel hermoso, las instalaciones divinas, la vegetación de todo el lugar son hermosas, la pasamos de lo mejor, muy limpio, cómodo, agradable, lo recomiendo ampliamente

Cons:

Podrían mejorar la comida, cenamos y desayunamos, pero no cumplió las expectativas vs precio y no tienen muchas opciones, deberían de considéralo, porque todo fue excelente menos la comida.

Pros:

Friendly staff and very clean. Location is great. You don’t have to drive anywhere. Everything is walking distance. Hacienda offers bikes.. we went biking downtown and had a great time !

A exceptional experience, especially at Christmas
Pros:

I liked everything! The Hacienda itself is like going back in time a hundred years but retaining all of the comforts and conveniences of modern times. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and all of them spoke good English. We had Christmas Eve dinner at the Hacienda's restaurant and I would call the food nothing short of exceptional. The bar makes a great margarita to sip on while you take in the old-world ambience of it's decorations and furnishings. On Christmas Eve there is a beautiful posada that starts at the hacienda and threads through the neighborhood with everyone carrying candles and singing Christmas hymns while Mary rides a donkey with the Christ child. It ends in the chapel at the hacienda. It will truly bring the Christmas spirit upon you.

Es bonito el lugar, sin embargo, cierran el servicio de bar o restaurante muy temprano; no hay servicio a la alberca y la mayor oportunidad, son los colchones; le ponen una colchoneta de esponja arriba porque el colchón está dañado y es muy incómodo; te hundes en el.
