Hotel is walking distance from the festival theatre which was perfect
Pros:

staff was lovely. the beds were comfortable, the pillows were fantastic, loved having a fridge and there was plenty of parking.

Very comfortable, clean room. Great servers at supper and at breakfast.

Cons:

Supper dish (spinach-ricotta ravioli) wasn't hot. Server wanted to bring it back to the kitchen but I was very hungry so said no! Just wanted the chef to know it should be hot next time he/she sends it out!

The facilities in the room were not great. Only 1 towel per person. Only 1 bar of soap, not everyone likes liquid soap. There was no microwave, no kettle to make tea Was disappointed the breakfast is no longer included with Best Westerns
