People are great !!!
Pros:

Food was ok, but coffee not so good

Cons:

I couldn’t go round near the Seoul easily. City run by bus bus where I stay. They have KTX but it takes week early to make reservation. Texi cab hotel helps me anytime.

늘 해마다 두번을 이용하는데 이번
객실의 와이파이는 최악이었어요.
계솓 접속오류에 공유기를 매일 두번이상
재부팅을 해서 겨우 접속하곤 했습니다.
저같은 출장자들은 인터넷이 필수라
다음에도 계속된 문제가 발생한다면 숙소를 옮겨야될지도
모르겠네요

It was the 2nd time to use. Nice location, clean facilities, friendly & professional staff with prompt reply and good service mind.
두번째 이용했는데 숙소 위치도 좋았고 프로페셔널한 직원분들도 정말 친절하시고 문제점은 즉각적으로 해결해주셔서 좋았습니다

Cons:

It would be nice if the engineer could check the refridgerator function prior to customers' check-in. I found it was not cool enough so the staff changed the room accordingly.
체크인후 룸 냉장고가 시원하지 않아서 말씀드리니 바로 방을 바꿔주셔서 감사했습니다. 계절 특성상 더운 여름이나 추운 겨울에는 고객 체크인전에 냉방이나 온방 한번 더 점검해주시면 좋을것 같습니다.
