Cons:

Room was filthy, bathroom was dirty , bed sheets stained with yellow markings. Bathroom towels were like paper thin , horrible towels. Stains of blood or stool was near the toilet paper dispenser on the wall. Images online are not even close to what the actual room is. I would rather have stayed at the Bates Motel

Stays longer than 28 days are not possible
Pros:

The price is reasonable, and the service is very kind and servicing.

Cons:

IMPORTANT FOR LONG STAYS: I booked for a stay of 40 days, and when arrived, after 12 hours flight, they told me I was not able to stay longer than 28 days. They made me call Booking to change this, and they didn't allow me to check in until this was solved. It was an awful experience, to handle this after a long day of travel. As a result, I didn't have a place for the rest of the stay, and I had to book a different hotel. Booking didn't provide any real solution either.
DO NOT BOOK HERE for longer stays, you will not be able to stay.

Apart from that the hotel is very noisy, as many guests are very disrespectful. They kindly changed my room for one in the second floor and it improved a little, however some guy at 5AM with loud music in his car was our morning alarm for a few days. Not nice.
We found a couple of cockroaches.
