Un hotel tranquilo pero divertido
Pros:

La ubicación es buena. Con el tranvía está muy cerca de la estación de Kumamoto y se puede ir caminando a la zona comercial.

El primer piso está lleno de peluches de Kumamon y es muy gracioso.

La habitación no era muy grande, pero tenía todo lo necesario.

Cons:

Creo que solo puedo decir que la habitación era un poco pequeña. Lo habitual en las habitaciones de hotel en Japón.

今回の滞在では、スタッフの皆様の心配りが特に印象に残りました。チェックイン時間について柔軟にご対応いただき、大変助かりました。また、駐車場では係の方がこちらをお待たせしないよう走って対応してくださり、そのお気遣いに感謝しております。フロントでの受付も終始丁寧で、安心して手続きを進めることができました。さらに、立地も良く、観光や移動の拠点として非常に便利でした。スタッフの皆様の温かい対応のおかげで、気持ちよく滞在することができました。

Cons:

全体的には満足できる滞在でしたが、いくつか気になった点もありました。喫煙所が地下1階のみに設置されていたため、喫煙のたびに移動が必要で、もう少し利用しやすい場所や複数箇所にあるとさらに便利だと感じました。また、タワー駐車場は車を入庫する際にやや難しく感じる場面がありました。初めて利用する方でもスムーズに利用できるよう、案内表示などがより充実すると、さらに利用しやすくなると思います。

桜町のバスターミナルまで、歩いてすぐだったのが良かった。

地理位置很棒，過了馬路就是商場、巴士總站、電車站，服務超級好

服務非常得好，我們６大２小訂了３間房，入住時花了一些時間處理，但服務人員態度都很棒，最後一天還幫我們代訂計程車到熊本機場，省去昂貴的包車費用，推薦入住

房間真的是很小，本次有一間是入住熊本熊主題房，熊本熊很可愛，但房間小到覺得熊本熊的玩偶很佔位子，2大1小加上行李箱，基本上沒有走動的空間，雖然知道日本的飯店房間都不大，但沒想到這間跟商務旅館一樣小
