Just fabulous
Pros:

This was a fabulous hotel with amazing staff who were just so kind and helpful . The room was a really comfortable size and the location is perfect for a walk to the castle

Great hotel
Pros:

Located within a walking distance to major attractions. Parking is avaliable in underground garage or at the coin parking next to the hotel. Automatic check in and out is easy to use. Rooms are nice and clean. The cinematic kumamon room is a highlight and made our stay that much special :)
The coin laundry is a big plus and the machines are big.

Cons:

Staff is friendly, but barely speak any English, knowing a bit of Japanese will come in handy.

Cons:

使用したマイカーが大きかったので､ホテル内の駐車場を使用できなく､提携の駐車場もホテルより少し遠く､近隣のコインパーキングを利用した｡
