Brilliant

We had an excellent stay at The Resident Victoria. The hotel has great facilities, a very comfortable and well-designed room, and an outstanding location, within easy walking distance of Buckingham Palace, Victoria Station, restaurants, shops, and many London attractions. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the quality of the hotel and its location. The staff were extremely attentive, kind, and professional throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the thoughtful amenities for the birthday celebration, as well as the complimentary drinks during happy hour, which made our experience even more special.

Cons:

The only small point to consider is that the parking options are not immediately next door to the hotel, so you may need to walk a short distance with your luggage. However, the hotel has a discount agreement with Q-Park Victoria, which is a very helpful benefit for guests arriving by car.

Super hotel with a great location.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. It was handy having a mini built in kitchen in the room. It is neatly tucked away. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is great. It is a short walk to Victoria station and near Buckingham Palace. We would highly recommend staying at the Resident Victoria.

Simply perfect. A great stay thanks to all the team at The Resident.
Pros:

Staff were welcoming, obliging and friendly. Their caring and easy going manner made our stay an absolute pleasure. Cooling AC, comfortable bed, great shower, fluffy towels, plenty of amenities and space in the room. Close to everything we had planned to see on this trip to London with the bonus of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Nothing. Everything excellent

Pros:

The Hotel was comfortable and clean. It was in an excellent location very near Buckingham Palace and St James's Park and only a short walk to Victoria train & coach stations. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Our room was well-prepared and included my cot requests. I did mention that we were in London to celebrate my 40th so they did go the extra mile of preparing the room with balloons and gifts with a card with Handwritten message which I appreciated so much

Cons:

We only stayed one night and missed their complimentary drinks between 6-7lm

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt gegenüber dem Buckingham Palace. Eine schöne und moderne Einrichtung mit einem tollen Bad und bequemen Betten. In einem Schrank eine eingebaute Kleinküche mit allem, was man benötigt, um sich zu versorgen. Eine Nähe fussläufig zur Bahnstation und viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Verweilen machen den Aufenthalt richtig gemütlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier würden wir gerne wieder ein Zimmer ( Kingzise) buchen.

Cons:

Die Fenster waren abgeschlossen, es gab zwar eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, aber ein wenig das Fenster öffnen zu können, wäre gut. Vielleicht hätten wir einfach nur fragen sollen.
