Staff are incredible and helpful, room is amazing and bed is so comfy.
Very central location to alot of tourist attractions and transport but not in the most interesting or vibey part of London - we were happy to stay here for the convenience and we love the hotel (have been before)

Exceptional.
Pros:

Every thing about it exceeded our expectations!
From the moment we arrived the staff were so engaging and helpful. The location was amazing.
We walked to all the major tourist attractions right from the front door. Complimentary iced water was available from reception to fill water bottles and an evening complimentary wine was also available which was a lovely surprise. Rooms are air conditioned and very comfortable. We will be back!
