Clever layout, excellent air conditioning, pleasant staff, good value for the money
Pros:

Remarkably quiet for where it’s located. Staff are lovely, helpful, cheerful, and proactive. The air conditioning works 100%, even in the heat wave. (US level AC). The room is small but laid out to efficiently use the space. Nice mini kitchenette and built in water filters so you can refill your water bottles.

Great location and close to restaurants, grocery stores, Victoria station and Buckingham Palace.

It was in a good location. The staff were friendly. The facility was clean. The room had a microwave and fridge which was very helpful.

מהרגע שהגענו ועד הרגע שעזבנו – הכול היה פשוט מושלם.

כל מה שאומרים על המלון הזה נכון, אבל הסיבה העיקרית לכך היא הצוות יוצא הדופן. כל אחת ואחד מאנשי הקבלה היו אדיבים, חמים, מסבירי פנים ותמיד שמחו לעזור בכל דבר. שום בקשה לא הייתה גדולה מדי, והם תמיד עשו מעל ומעבר כדי שנרגיש רצויים ונוח. כשיש צוות כזה – הוא באמת עושה את כל ההבדל.

קיבלנו יחס כל כך אישי, נדיב ואכפתי, שכבר מהרגע הראשון הרגשנו בבית.

החדר היה מקסים, נקי בצורה יוצאת דופן, נוח ומאובזר בכל מה שצריך. המטבחון הקטן היה בונוס נהדר – הכנו בו סלטים וארוחות קלות כשחזרנו בערב אחרי ימים ארוכים של טיולים, וזה היה פשוט מושלם.

כל ההמלצות שקיבלנו מהצוות היו מצוינות ועזרו לנו ליהנות עוד יותר מהעיר. הכול במלון היה נקי ללא רבב, המיטה הייתה נוחה מאוד, והמיקום פשוט מעולה.

זו הייתה חופשה מושלמת, וחלק גדול מזה הוא בזכות האנשים המדהימים שעובדים ב-The Resident Victoria.

תודה על האירוח הנפלא, על החיוך, על הנכונות לעזור ועל התחושה שבאמת אכפת לכם מהאורחים שלכם.

Wonderful birthday weekend at The Resident
Pros:

- Kindness of the staff: very lovely treats waiting for us in the room to celebrate my husband’s birthday, 24h reception available, bagage storage available
- High-quality equipment, AC, hotel felt like it had been refurbished recently and comfortable all around
- Perfect yet calm location to access Hyde Park, the Palace and other central landmarks
