Ein Kleinod in London
Pros:

Ein Kleinod in London. Zentral nahe der Victoria Station und trotzdem ruhig in einer hübschen Seitenstraße. Supernette Mitarbeitende (besonders positiv möchten wir den Mitarbeiter erwähnen, der nachts die Rezeption besetzte).
Sehr schöne Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile (Spüle, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr). Da um die Ecke ein Marks & Spencer ist (und auch andere Geschäfte), kann man sich so wunderbar selbst versorgen und ist nicht auf Restaurants/Cafés angewiesen (von denen es in unmittelbarer Nähe aber auch einige gibt). Das Hotel bietet außerdem auch Frühstück als Zimmerservice an.
Jede Menge Sehenswürdigkeiten sind direkt in der Nähe, wie der Buckingham Palace und der St. James und der Green Park. Auch zum Big Ben, nach Mayfair, Kensington und selbst durch den Hyde Park nach Notting Hill kann man (auf schönen Wegen) laufen. Und wenn die Füße dann doch schwer werden, steigt man halt in einen der Busse, wie die 26 oder 52, die ein paar Minuten vom Hotel entfernt halten.

Cons:

Gibt wirklich nichts, was hier zu kritisieren wäre.

Great location and fabulous staff
Pros:

the location is great. it is easy walking distance to Victoria station & Buckingham palace.
The staff were great and there were plenty of staff at the front desk for fast check in/check out.
It was great having a kitchenette in our room with a filtered water tap

Cons:

the beds were very lumpy.

Pros:

The location was perfect. We never met the people running it but met their cute and friendly cat! Overall it was beautiful and clean.

Cons:

We both hit our head multiple times on the ceiling. It was a painful part of the charm. 😉

It was a great stay
Pros:

Excellent location, comfortable room and great staff; particular shout out to Abir and Catia, who upon learning that we celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary surprised us with sparkling wine, chocolate, balloons and paper rose petals

Great place , staff are amazing,the place is really clean and it’s on top of everything you would want to see
Pros:

The staff were lovely, very welcoming and helpful . This place has the best air conditioning in the rooms the bed is comfortable and the room is spacious

Perfect stay
Pros:

How close it was to Buckingham palace. The personal touch provided by staff for my mums birthday

Fabulous hotel, excellent location and super value for money.
Pros:

The staff were so helpful and friendly, both before and during our stay. The location is incredible, and the happy hour and option to have "takeaway" breakfast delivered to the room each day were super. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London 10/10
