Very disappointed breakfast, poor food quality, impression like you are staying in a one star hotel. Not nice experience at all! Also room standard left a lot to wish. Not worth a money you spend. Last time and never again!
After a very long journey of getting to my destination, I was greeted with quite a rude member of staff at the front desk, who multiple times told me that the room was only booked for myself however the room was in fact booked for me and my younger sister. I explained to her that there should be two people on the reservation, an adult and a child. however, without even checking, she continued saying that there was only one person and that I will have to pay extra for the second person, I proceeded to stand my ground three times and then said I have the booking reservation on my phone to prove my point, only after I showed her my reservation did she change her mind and say that actually yes there was two people on the reservation. There was no apology no nothing at all.

Lokalizacja fantastyczna, dokładnie w sercu starówki. W miarę cicho w pokoju, który był przezwoitego rozmiaru. Widać dbałość ze strony personelu o gości. A na recepcji są osoby które faktycznie znają języki obce i są w stanie udzielić pomocy i wskazówek gdy ktoś potrzebuje.
Mogliby lepiej dbać o czystość - używałam głównie schodów zamiast windy, na tych schodach ktoś rozlał kawę i dopiero po kilku dniach zostało to umyte. Przy wejściu do budynku tylko schody, brak jakiegokolwiek podjazdu żeby ułatwić wejście z bagażem (wtarganie jakiegoś wózka to w ogóle byłby problem). Na śniadaniu ciągły problem z brakiem pieczywa, nie uzupełniane na bieżąco, a na dodatek prawie wszystko wyschnięte po rozmrażaniu.

Excellent location in the town center, just a short walk from the historic tower. The staff were professional and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent, with items replenished promptly as needed. It was quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Private underground parking is available for a fee. It would be nice if the pool were reserved for adults only from 9:00 PM onwards.
