Pros:

小伙很友善热情，帮忙提行李，仔细解答问题，等等，总之，有求必应。房间干净整洁，设备也很新。网络也畅通。特别是我们退房后去景点游玩结束后，离旅游大巴发车时间还早，想在旅馆再呆两三小时，他也热情安排我们在前台的座椅上休息和喝水。太感谢了。

Pros:

Нас привітно зустріли та без проблем заселили після опівночі через пізній приліт — по-людськи це справді було дуже приємно і ми це цінуємо.

Розташування готелю чудове: поряд амфітеатр, автостанція та зупинки міських автобусів, тому пересуватись містом було зручно.

Сніданок теж залишив радше хороше враження: є вибір нарізок, овочів, фруктів, пластівців, випічки, варених яєць, а кава була справді хорошою. Щоправда, сама стійка з їжею організована не дуже зручно, через що діставати деякі продукти було некомфортно.

Cons:

Втім, є і чимало моментів, які варто покращити. Ремонт всього готелю доволі застарілий, один вимикач біля ліжка не працював, а одна лампочка в душі була перегорілою. Подушки були занадто м’якими і незручними.

Замість гелю для душу було лише звичайний шматочок мила, а на двох людей на дві ночі дали тільки два пакетики шампуню — однозначно нижче очікуваних стандартів. У ванній також бракує місця для рушників та одягу, відсутня поличка для косметики у душовій кабіні.

Окремо варто зазначити, що до входу в готель потрібно підніматися доволі крутими сходами, а до більшості номерів — ще додатково сходами всередині. Для людей із важкими валізами, дитячими візками чи особливо для користувачів інвалідних візків це може бути серйозною проблемою. Для нас це було більш-менш прийнятно, але варто мати це на увазі.

У цілому, заплативши 185 євро за дві ночі для двох людей зі сніданками у другій половині травня, тобто ще не в найбільш завантажений сезон, ми не можемо сказати, що якість повністю відповідала ціні. Водночас ще раз відзначу, що ми щиро цінуємо готовність персоналу дочекатися нас до 00:30 ночі.

Pros:

Personalul top , foarte prietenos , recepția excepțională. Deși am întârziat m-a așteptat și vreau sa le mulțumesc pentru tot ajutorul celor de la recepție.

CARINO MA DATATO.
Pros:

Oggettivamente la posizione è abbastanza centrale. La assenza di ascensore è stata compensata dalla disponibilità del personale a farsi carico del trasporto valigie al 2° piano.

Cons:

Il bagno è davvero minuscolo così come il lavandino ei rumori della strada sono alquanto molesti.

Very good value for money with the breakfast included, comfortable bed, and very accommodating staff.
Pros:

The communication was great, we were arriving very late on a bus from Porec, 11.30pm and the hotelier waited for us to arrive. Fantastic service. Breakfast was a very good Buffett selection, and the hotelier also got us a taxi in the morning for 50% cheaper than when we tried to arrange one. Very happy with our experience.

Cons:

Shower curtain was a bit short so a lot of water got onto floor. Being a Sat night there was a bit of traffic noise.
