Very bad attitude of stafs + manager because our guest come to meet him they have not carry id card original but they have id card pics and all other but staf was not allowed to entery our room so very bad experience.

Disappointing stay due to noisy rooms and rude reception behaviour.
Cons:

Very disappointing experience at PC Hotel Lahore. The room was not soundproof at all, and we could hear noise clearly, which made the stay uncomfortable.Also, one of the reception stuff was very rude and started arguing with me in front of my guest. This was embarrassing and unprofessional. I expected much better service from a hotel like PC.

Pros:

It was pleasant and beautiful unti the psl team arrived and then it turned uneasy

Cons:

Everything was fine until psl team arrived. After that all guest lifts were reserved for the psl team and we the guests were codoned by big barriers and forced to use the dirty staff elevators in the rear.

My first experience of PC hotel Lahore and many more the future, Amazing stay.
Pros:

Exceptionally clean great AC throughout hotel
Food options amazing!
Comfortable bed, clean hygienic bathroom and cutlery.
Absolutely amazing staff polite attentive at all times always happy to help.
I also especially loved the facilities so much throughout the hotel and the complementary breakfast and room service 10/10. Its was literally perfect.

Honestly I have no complaints at all was amazing overall.
