Poor service by ur night managers
Pros:

In fact it was my worst ever stay in PC

Cons:

Discrimination in car park area
The room for driver was very poor and breakfast served to driver was only 2 slices of bread and tea.
Now I say it should be a point of extreme embarrassment for MANAGMENT that THE PEARL CONTINENTAL LAHORE couldn’t give one egg to drivers.
Washroom facilities for drives was very far away
And U charged me 4000+ taxes.
I am embarrassed that y did I allow my driver to stay there in a hen’s den. Regardless of the fact that we equal amount for a den rather we could have gained a reasonable and respectful treatment of our driver in any given hotel near Railway station of lahore.

I loved my first ever stay at PC. PC staff is the reason I will stay here again
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and so was the staff. Rimsha at dinner buffet was a joy to have as a hostess. She is professional, courteous and warm. She made the whole experience so much better
