Pros:

The ‘only’ thing was Mr. Moin in the reservations who was very helpful in changing my dates.

Cons:

The drawer knob came off. There was no room service menu or QR code. We had to go all the way down to ask. Extremely nonchalant attitude. I understand that it was busy but atleast the attitude could have been better

Cons:

Need much improvements in staff attitude and improve odorless rooms..No welcome fruit basket no watervwas available feel like local hotel stay...room service too much poor responce rate after 5 calls provide water ...PC staff attitude very roud and hospitality is far away and missing slowly slowly hurting regular customers ...Customer try to stay other availables hotels....PC now not 1st choice of customers....try to take its seriously...Value the customer
