Pros:

We like the hotel very much—it has been our favorite for years, and that's why we've returned several times. The quality of the food has remained generally good, although there seems to be slightly less variety and fewer extras than before. Overall, we still enjoy staying here, but considering the substantial price increase, we expected the overall experience to improve rather than lose some of the features we appreciated most.

Cons:

Compared to 2025, the price of a standard room with breakfast and dinner has increased by around 44%. I'm not sure whether this is related to the euro or something else, but it feels significantly higher than the average hotels price increase we've seen overall in 2026.

On top of that, in addition, free parking is no longer there.

What surprised us was the new rule that guests are not allowed to use the garden during breakfast and dinner. Instead, everyone has to sit inside, which feels like being in an aquarium—hot and enclosed. In previous years, the open dining area was much cooler and more pleasant, and when there were available tables, guests could also enjoy their meals in the garden. We really miss that atmosphere.

Стаите бяха чисти, с хубава морска гледка, голямо и удобно легло. Персоналът е много мил и отзивчив, особено хигиенистките и сервитьорите. Имахме всичко необходимо, от което се нуждаем за един приятен престой. Определено сме доволни от хотела. Добро съотношение цена-качество.

Cons:

Качеството на храната беше по-ниско в сравнение с предишно наше посещение преди две години, но въпреки всичко беше ок. Намерихме си пресни и вкусни неща, които да ядем.
Недостатъчно персонал в ресторанта.
Не ни хареса, че не бяха отворили терасата на ресторанта за да се храним в прекрасната им лятна градина. Обяснението беше, че има котки, които се вмъкват в ресторанта и затова няма как вратите да бъдат отворени. А на затворената тераса се пушеше, което на нас не ни харесваше и затова помолихме да се храним навън, просто трябваше да минаваме през специална за това врата.
Не ни хареса също, че паркингът на хотела вече се заплаща. Осигуряват безплатен такъв, но е на 5-6 мин. пешеходно разстояние. Но това не беше голям проблем.

Nice location clean beach in front of the hotel

Cons:

Compared with the stay we had at the same hotel 3 years ago the environment is totally different. We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The hotel is very run-down, smells old and musty, and there were insects and spider webs everywhere. The hallways looked neglected, and the entire property felt abandoned. The restaurant was filthy, including the tables, sofas, and especially the baby high chairs, which were absolutely disgusting. We paid for the most expensive apartment, but for that price we could have stayed in a much better hotel or even traveled to another country. To make matters worse, the lunch served at the restaurant was terrible and completely unacceptable. This hotel is nowhere near the standard it claims to offer. We would definitely not recommend it.

On top of everything else, we had to wait three hours for a baby cot, even though I had requested it a month in advance when making the reservation. I also called the hotel a few days before our arrival to remind them again, yet it still wasn’t ready when we checked in. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially when traveling with a baby.

Pros:

Food and location were ok. The mattress and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

I am extremely disappointed by the level of hygiene at this place. There was black mold around the sink, the tiles in the bathroom were falling off and the drain was clogged. The bath valve wasn't working and it couldn't drain itself from there, I had to remove the plug manually. Also while the bath was full with water it was leaking from somewhere and the floor was a bit flooded. The jacuzzi in the spa was also very dirty, full of black mold and slime.

The behaviour of some of the staff in the restaurant was horrible. They took our plates while we were eating from them and were rude about it.

Repair work is long due at this property.
