Food and location were ok. The mattress and pillows were comfortable.
I am extremely disappointed by the level of hygiene at this place. There was black mold around the sink, the tiles in the bathroom were falling off and the drain was clogged. The bath valve wasn't working and it couldn't drain itself from there, I had to remove the plug manually. Also while the bath was full with water it was leaking from somewhere and the floor was a bit flooded. The jacuzzi in the spa was also very dirty, full of black mold and slime.
The behaviour of some of the staff in the restaurant was horrible. They took our plates while we were eating from them and were rude about it.
Repair work is long due at this property.

Гостиница комфортная, отличный СПА центр, доктору следовало бы хотя бы спрашивать возраст пациента, и как то вникнуть в его проблемы. Комфортная терртория.
Просторный номер с видом на море! Есть свой пляж. Хороший Спа. Ужин был лучше чем завтрак.
Не предупредили когда заказывали что 2 дня не будет работать бассейн с солёной водой. Оказывается вначале каждого месяца чистят бассейн. Сушилка в ванне не работала.
Това е третата ни семейна почивка тук. Благодарни сме на персонала за прекрасния престой и вкусната храна в ресторанта.
Заявките за смяна на водата в основния басейн трябва да се изпълняват ежедневно.
