Год назад всё было значительно лучше. Два вечера не было полотенец в СПА. ВЕРНИТЕ УЖЕ ПРЕЖНИЙ ОТЕЛЬ!
Cons:

Завтрак бедный для отеля такого уровня. Мед в сотах уже отсутствует. Яйца жарили неаккуратно, к середине завтрака их вообще не стало, стояла очередь. А пластиковые стаканы для кофе и чая- это совсем недопустимо!

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Urlaub genossen.
Pros:

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren schon sehr oft hier. Das Essen war sehr gut. Frühstück und Abendessen war immer lecker. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Sauberkeit ist auch sehr gut. Es wird immer und ständig alles geputzt und sauber gehalten. Ich weiß nichts schlechtes zu berichten. Wir sind immer sehr gern in dieses Hotel gekommen. Das Hotel ist mit dem Strand sehr gut verbunden, man kann direkt über eine Brücke zum Strand gehen. Perfekt! Für die Gesundheit ist hier auch vorgesorgt...es gibt Massagen, Salzbecken , Saunen ...usw....Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel immer genossen. 👍

Cons:

Leider gibt es neben dem sehr Positiven auch etwas zu berichten was nicht so toll war. Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Es müsste mal was gemacht werden bzw. erneuert werden. Obwohl alles sauber gehalten wird sieht man das alles schon sehr alt ist. Zum Beispiel die Klimaanlage funktioniert nur sehr schwach......da muss dringend repariert oder erneuert werden.

Беше много спокойно през юни 2026. Стаите са широки, чисти, но обзавеждането е малко старичко. Сауните и вътрешният басе

Nice spa, disappointing food (3 star worthy max)
Pros:

We liked the location, it's one of my favorites around Pomorie. I love that u have a beautiful view from your balcony.
We also enjoyed the spa, it was big and good, with many different treatments. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, it was relatively clean.

Cons:

This aside the rooms definitely need a renovation. Also I saw a lot of people loving the food options. I was very excited for that, and had great expectations, only to be VERY disappointed. I've been in cheaper hotels with way better food. There wasn't any real diversity in the food. For instance, there would be 6 different "salad" options..but one would be cherry tomatoes, then we have normal cut tomatoes, tomatoes with cheese, and tomatoes with cucumber, then we have cucumber..and yeah you get the idea... The cakes for dessert were the same every day for both breakfast and dinner, no diversity at all. Also it's a 5 star hotel, it's very pathetic to have to pay for drinks separately, and I would understand paying for alcohol, but seriously not having some kind of juice at least for breakfast or milk is just insane. Also don't put pictures of beautiful sushi and nicely cooked food when yours doesn't look like that. It's false advertising. The breakfast had the same issue, and it was the exact same for each day, pure disappointment. At least make something different...and having a whole buffet looking like you went to Lidl and stole everything from the bakery section is not a good look.
