Good experience
Pros:

Unique boutique hotel in the quaint beautiful Los Altos downtown.

Cons:

No reserved parking space. The air-condition facility is a little too noise. Didn’t know the breakfast needs to pay extra.

A Lovely French Chateau Boutique Hotel
Pros:

All the amenities, location was perfect. You can walk to restaurants. Centrally located. Restaurant on property. Fresh baked croissants daily.

Cons:

The bed was a bit too hard for our backs. They did give us a topper which helped, but still wasn’t great for my husband.

Great Location!
Pros:

The hotels location was wonderful. We walked to multiple restaurants and the farmers market. It is charming and the beds are very comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast that is included is only a croissant, bagel or cereal and coffee. Everything else, like eggs is overpriced.

Has potential; management needs to invest money to improve the interiors .

The staff and the location and the croissants

Cons:

It was very tacky.
There was a rack of clothes for sale in the lobby which was putting off .
Then the curtains in the room were atleast 10 inches longer than required
The sofa cum bed was dusty and the upholstery needed desperate dry cleaning and refreshment

There was just too much room freshener in the lobby

Pros:

Love this place. Very comfortable with all necessary amenities to make you feel like you’re in a European hotel. Christian is a real asset and sets a lovely friendly yet professional tone. Excellent morning cappuccinos.

Gorgeous and classic French ambiance. A rare find and treat to stay at. Plus very pet friendly.

Cons:

The free breakfast items, were not what I expected, but the pay for menu items were exceptional.

Pros:

The location was tucked away in a surprisingly quiet corner where what seems two main roads split. The hotel is walking distance to small shops, cafes and accessible to their Sunday farmers market. The inside of the hotel is very cute and our room was beautiful. Small detail but I really liked the discreet door key card sensor. I liked the layout of the room and the size of the bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and cozy, with a nice view near the window. We'd love to come back for a longer stay.

Nice building, great location but not the most ideal if you sleep in

Great location, nice decor and rooms were spacious

Cons:

Parking, loud interiors hallways. Doors slamming at 6am. Room had fingernail clippings next to the bed and on the nightstand.

Beyond expectations - lovely hotel, beautifully outfitted (bedding, bathroom fixtures, etc. first-rate), attention to detail (croissants from Paris - really) plus superb service. We will return.
