Unforgettable.
Pros:

Amazing location, lots of ammenities, close to shops,trains, lovely helpful staff. Especially the girl at the information desk who actually took me to the train station and helped me purchase my train tickets to Tokyo. Excellent service. Beautiful hotel.

Pros:

it was the perfect location to visit Universal Studios Japan as you are just a few steps from the front gate. Located in city walk you have many restaurants and shops at your doorstep. The train station is just metres away to access Osaka and surrounding areas. The hotel is of a high standard and our room on 28th floor was large and had views of the city and waterways.

Cons:

The only issue was the beds were a little hard.

Prima voor een bezoek aan Universal
Pros:

De ligging! Echt recht tegenover Universal. Beneden oogt het echt als een 5-sterrenhotel. De metro is op 1 min lopen dus makkelijk als je naar Dontoburi gaat

Cons:

De kamer! Ze zijn erg gedateerd en rommelig ingedeeld. Alles was oudbollig, ook een mega oude tv. Ik had echt zoveel meer verwacht. Ook kan je je spullen moeilijk opbergen dus gelukkig waren we er maar 2 nachten.

Chic, chaleureux et idéalement situé avec vue incroyable
Pros:

La proximité des transports et du parc d’attractions, l’écoute du personnel, un accueil chaleureux. Le confort des chambres est top, la décoration de l’hôtel est très belle. La vue sur le parc et le pont est un plus.

Cons:

Un petit bémol car manque d’un espace/matériel pour des repas apportés de l’extérieur.
