Close to the park and all the excitement!
Pros:

Hotel is within Universal Studios. Restaurants and convenience stores were right outside our doorstep! The buffet breakfast had a delicious selection of food and the staff even packed a box for my son who could not make it downstairs. Very friendly staff and a great hotel!

Cons:

I would suggest more towel rails and hooks in the room.

離環球影城真的很近，一整天玩完很累之後一走出遊樂園就到飯店的感覺真的很棒，而且飯店門口走出去就到city walk，很好逛也有很多吃的，一樓大廳還有一家24小時便利商店

Should get hotel of the year award. Excellent stay.
Pros:

The location of this property is out of this world fantastic. Talk about five star treatment and having the best room ever. We had a room overlooking the park/ rollercoaster and could see the fireworks at night. We had a separate toilet to the bathroom area and the room was huge. Thank you so much to the staff for making our holiday so memorable and being so kind to my family. I would totally recommend this hotel.

The location right next to Universal Studios, staff, facilities, and the fantastic room.

Хорошее расположение, рядом магазины, кафе и Юниверсал Студио, лифты работали хорошо, завтрак 10/10, рядом станция метро и автобусная остановка на лимузин bus до аэропорта

Cons:

Староват, был порван ковролан и обои, доп кровать была очень жесткой, и две подушки тоже

Perfect location, fantastic view and ideal room layout.
Pros:

The set up of the four beds was perfect. This room gave everyone their own proper space. No one felt stuck on the little sofa bed or something while everyone else was in a decent bed. It was ideal for us with kids under 10 but would have been just as good if we had older teenagers or even if we were a group of four adults The view of the park was exceptional.

Pros:

This location was perfect — only a 1-minute walk to the Universal Studios gate. From our window, we could see the park and even watch the fireworks at closing time. There is a mini CityWalk downstairs with plenty of restaurants, 7-Eleven, Lawson, GAP, a pharmacy, and Universal Studios souvenir shops. We will definitely book here again next time we visit Universal Studios.
