Un séjour exceptionnel, un accueil chaleureux et un service irréprochable. Mon fils et moi avons adoré chaque instant !

Nous avons absolument tout apprécié durant notre séjour au Park Front Hotel Universal ! (Un adulte et un enfant)
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. (La langue n’a pas été un souci)
Le personnel est top, toujours souriant, attentionné, disponible et à l’écoute de nos besoins.
L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable, les chambres sont confortables et l’ambiance est particulièrement calme et agréable, ce qui permet de vraiment se reposer après une journée bien remplie.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité du service et toutes les petites attentions qui font la différence.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour avoir rendu notre séjour aussi agréable. C’est exactement le genre d’établissement où l’on se sent bien et où l’on a envie de revenir.
Nous recommandons (mon fils et moi) cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation et y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Great Location for the Park, but Disappointing Overall Experience

The hotel’s location was convenient for visiting Universal Studios Japan. Unfortunately, that was about the only positive thing we found during our stay.

The room had a dusty smell, and the hotel itself felt dark and dingy. The overall atmosphere was not welcoming, and the customer service was a major disappointment.

The staff seemed unfriendly and rushed through nearly every interaction, including check-in and breakfast. Breakfast was particularly frustrating, as the restaurant appeared overcrowded and guests were redirected to a smaller, separate area rather than being accommodated comfortably. The staff’s attitude throughout these interactions felt unkind and unwelcoming.

One experience that really stood out was when I asked the front desk if there was a comfortable place to sit while waiting for my son, who was visiting the park. The woman at the front desk dismissed my question rather than offering assistance or even a helpful suggestion. I found this particularly disappointing.

There are very few comfortable places to sit and rest throughout the hotel. This is a significant drawback, especially for older guests and those with mobility limitations or disabilities. A hotel should provide welcoming spaces where guests can relax, particularly after a long day at the park.
