Door een tropische storm moesten we een nacht langer blijven, dat werd snel geregeld en we konden in de zelfde kamer blijven.

The location is the best!
Room looks little dated.
This property was amazing! Super close to not only the train station but literally just outside the park and Universal City Walk! The property was super luxe and great value for money. The room was lovely and large and the staff were super friendly and helpful. There were restaurants on site as well as a lawsons convenience store! It’s everything you want in a hotel and more!
It’s literally right next to USJ, just walk out the back entrance and the main gate is 200m in front.
Their policy about cots for babies is baffling. Only under 1 year olds are allowed to sleep in one so if you have a baby over 1 that doesn’t bed share (like ours) then unless you hire or bring along your own travel cot then they will have no where to sleep. We were forced to make a floor futon out of hotel blankets just so our 18 month old had a somewhat comfortable sleep space as they refused to provide her with a cot due to “policy” and no one could explain what that policy actually was.

チェックインする迄に凄く待たされた。チェックインカウンターでも凄く時間がかかった。代表がチェックインの手続きに行ってる間、座って待っている所も少なくて小さい子を抱っこしたままずっと立って待っていた。女性スタッフの駐車場の案内の仕方が不十分だった。朝食のビッフェの内容は良かったのですが並べ方がはしからはしまで遠かった。もっと真ん中に集中してたら良いのにと思った。
It could not have been more convenient. After walking the park all day, we stumbled out of the front gate of Universal and the hotel is RIGHT THERE. The City Walk area is open really super late and was vibrant with lots to do. The hotel itself was amazing! Very ritzy! And the complimentary breakfast was top notch all the way. I definitely recommend this hotel. It is perfection on all levels.
I wish I could've stayed there longer! We had a lot planned all over Japan, so we only stayed one night, but it was great!
BEST choice for our family and glad we stayed here. When they say close to the park it’s like right there. So beautiful and stunning when you walk in. Glad we stayed and eatery’s right on your door step. Safe for the teens to wander around and good food choices for everyone. Easy access to the train. We were happy and would recommend staying. Every floor has access to a washer/dryer and like the scan the QR code to see if your washing was done or what stage it was at and what floor had a spare washer available. That was awesome.
We had to get 2 rooms for a family of 5 making it expensive but

חדרים מפנקים מאוד, המלון מעוצב ויפה. הצוות חביב מאוד. נמצא ממש בתוך שדרת החנויות של יוניברסל, יש חנות נוחות במלון. אחלה מלון ומאוד מומלץ למי שרוצה להגיע לפארק מוקדם או לצאת מאוחר בלי הלחץ ברכבת.
What I really enjoy is that it’s close by to universal studios whether you stay there after a whole day of fun or spend the night and then the fun starts the next day I recommend, because it’s nice to that everything is close by and that fact that it’s inside city walk there options of food to eat and a 711 close by. More than anything the hospitality is great the greeters are nice and do their best to make sure you are satisfied with your stay and it’s just a nice environment all around.
I have nothing negative to say.
