A pousada é excelente , Cama boa, café da manhã ótimo, ar quente , chuveiro ótimo, funcionários educados.

Cons:

No banheiro poderia ter uma prateleira pra colocar produtos de higiene pessoal , escova de dente , creme dental , pente de cabelo , creme para o rosto, etc...

Maravilhoso!
Pros:

Lugar lindo e bem localizado. Dá para deixar i carro no estacionamento e passear a pé até o centro. Tem muito local bonito para ver no caminho. O hotel tem um excelente custo-benefício. Da recepção à cozinha, todos os funcionários são muito gentis e solícitos. Quartos bem aconchegantes e água quente maravilhosa nas torneiras e chuveiro.
O café da manhã então nem se fala! Nota 1000.

Pros:

O lugar é lindo, bem localizado e aconchegante. Os funcionários super atenciosos, prestativos e educados.
O café da manhã é delicioso ☕😍

Cons:

A estrutura é um pouco antiga, a janela do banheiro está com as madeiras soltando e o chuveiro pingando direto nos incomodou um pouco.
Mas ainda assim é um lugar lindo e que voltaremos a nos hospedar quando viermos à Gramado novamente.

Fechadura da porta do banheiro estragada, Wi-Fi péssima, colchão afundado, não avisaram que não é hotel e sim cabanas, café da manhã abaixo do anunciado, iogurte azedo.

Cons:

Fiz a reserva pelo booking, porém, ao fazer o check in fui informada que precisaria efetuar mais um pagamento que não constava no site. Me senti lesada, sempre reservo pelo booking e nunca tive esse problema. Com certeza não voltarei mais.
