Pros:

La bonito que era y el desayuno demasiado variado y rico, muy amables, la habitación muy cómoda.

Cons:

Al momento de hacer aseo en la habitación nos cambiaron las toallas por limpias y una de ellas estaba manchada como con sangre o nose tenía unas líneas rojas, tal vez estaban quemadas

Pros:

Excelente custo benefício, localização, café e atendimento, os funcionários são sensacionais.

Cons:

Ao tomar banho, a água vazava pelo box, molhando o banheiro todo. Uma questão simples, nada que diminua a experiência.

O único hotel que não consegui dormir bem em Santiago.
Pros:

Os recepcionistas são gentis
O cafe da manhã foi bom
A localização é boa, parte do bairro mais residencial, tranquila e limpa.
Gostei da decoração com elementos do povo Mapuche.

Cons:

Não consegui dormir bem nas duas noites que estivemos neste hotel! A acústica é péssima! Ouvimos tudo dos quartos vizinhos, quando tomavam banho o barulho era alto dentro do nosso quarto. Tinha uma família em outro quarto ao lado que tarde da noite e às 5h da manhã estavam falando alto e as crianças correndo, parecia dentro do meu quarto. Acústica ruim e falta de educação dos hóspedes também!
O chuveiro não esquentou à noite…
Estou sempre indo para Santiago e este foi o pior hotel que fiquei. Banho e boa noite de sono são essenciais em uma viagem!

El desayuno, completo y con mucha variedad. Todo exquisito. Personal muy amable. Llegamos muy termprano y por un pequeño recargo te entregan la habitación de inmediato.
Solicite te en la noche y me entregaron un termo con café, azúcar, endulzante.
