La ubicación. El personal amable. Habitaciones cómodas si solo vas por trabajo a Santiago.
Se escucha absolutamente todo de las habitaciones de al lado, en los pasillos y desde el segundo piso se escuchan personas hablando en el área del comedor en el primer piso. También el olor de la cocina llega al segundo piso en las habitaciones.

Café da manhã, conforto, localização, água quente.
Só não limparam o chão quando eu pedi para fazer a limpeza do quarto enquanto eu estava lá. Mas, quando eu cheguei para me hospedar estava tudo bem limpo.
