Frequent guest of H2 suites Milton Ont. done due to void customer service standards.
Pros:

I have stayed at this property many times over the past few years. about a year ago things began to change (Maybe a ownership change. I am not certain). Staff became less responsive, their dispositions changed, housekeeping began slipping, and cleanliness of the property all over but particularly in rooms has declined significantly. As a guest when you have to fight to get your room cleaned and cannot get more than 2 wash cloths or 2 towels you know you have hit bottom.

customer service is poor with no accountability or respect for regular guests.

I should have written this review much sooner and truthfully had not planned to do so but my experience kept eating at me so I figured I should do so now. Needless to say, I will not be staying at this property ever again and I would suggest others considering this property.... RECONSIDER, there are other choices much more favorable.

The location was nice, the rooms were nice if it was cleaned correctly.

Cons:

The room was left dirty. The hotel staff said they’d look into it and we’ve yet to hear back after 4 days.

Pros:

Went for a Competition, stayed 1 night. Arrived only one elevator and Front entrance Blocked. Not a pleasant experience given $$.Then had a "adjoining" room with a VERY loud family. Front desk did not move us. Had to complain 5x!

Au sixième étage, chambre 601, à côté de la glaciaire: beaucoup de bruit. En plus la porte de la chambre ne se fermait pas de l’extérieur!! Même si j’avais mentionné le problème rien n’est fait. Le petit déjeuner était très limité et peu de quantité! Par contre, Home 2 à Montréal ou à Burlington étaient excellents! À vrai dire, je ne m’attendais pas à cela pour un Hilton! Et, je ne sais pas pourquoi ils n’ont pas la même qualité même si c’est la même chaine et le même nom!!!
