Great location in Quebec
Pros:

The location is amazing. It was also a good sized room. The virtual reception and the codes and the way it is explained is very efficient and it worked out perfectly. The internet was fast and reliable.

Cons:

It’s a little outdated and the cold led lights make it a little depressing. A warm lighting in the bedroom would go a long way. I didn’t mind the mismatched furniture but the mattress was old and lumpy but the bedding was comfy. There is some renovating happening so it’s a little noisy but I knew that beforehand. Overall it was good value for the money but if you’re expecting something more luxurious you will be disappointed.

La résidence est bien située, le quartier du vieux Québec est superbe, on a adoré ! La chambre était propre, petite, mais pour un petit séjour c’est bien. Attention, pas de coin de repas dans la chambre (il y a un frigo, et une machine à café avec dosette)

Cons:

Dommage de ne pas avoir de tarif préférentiel pour la location dans cette résidence . Il faudrait penser à changer le sèche cheveux de la chambre, les boutons sont cassés. Peu d’isolation.

Incroyable
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé au cœur de la vieille ville de Québec. L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied, avec les restaurants, boutiques et sites historiques juste à quelques minutes.
La chambre était propre, confortable et pleine de charme, avec une belle ambiance typique du Vieux-Québec. Le personnel a été particulièrement accueillant et attentionné tout au long du séjour. C’est une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter pour profiter pleinement de l’atmosphère unique de Québec.

Très bien situé et pratique. Bon endroit pour visiter le vieux Québec.

La vie de la terrasse est incroyable. C’est facile d’accès avec les codes. Les lits sont assez confortable.

No staff on property at any time. You need to call or message if anything is needed. Would be nice if they had at least a 3 hour period where a staff member was at the front desk.

L’emplacement, dans une rue calme, à quelques minutes à pied de la terrasse Dufferin. Chambre plutôt petite, mais c’est parfait pour un court séjour d’une nuit ou d’une fin de semaine.

Cons:

L’insonorisation n’est pas la meilleure, on entend assez bien la plomberie des autres chambres. Mais c’est la réalité d’un vieux bâtiment.
