暑さが
Pros:

コスト面はよかった

Cons:

3日間宿泊したけど初めの日外の気温が高かったからか個室が異常に暑く服が汗だくになった。
二日目と三日目は外気温が低く、若干暑い程度になったけど一日目の暑さで疲れが溜まった。
サービス面については問題等なく使わせていただきました。

コスパ良い。宿泊の場合、いかに無駄な移動をなくすか頭で考えながら行動する必要あり。慣れればめちゃくちゃ良い。
Pros:

スタッフの接客が丁寧。
清潔感があり虫などはいなかった。
手ぶらで泊まれる。シャンプーやボディソープは良いものではないが、一応ある。使い捨て髭剃りとシェービングクリームあり、使い捨て歯磨きあり。
有料の洗濯機と乾燥機あり。洗濯機は暗証番号でロックできるタイプ。
タオルと館内着は毎日交換してくれる。
サウナが温度高め、視力悪いので何度かは不明だが、体感100℃以上ある感じ。
水風呂が15℃台で低め。
外気浴スペースは長椅子が2脚、椅子が4脚、6人くらい入れそうなぬる湯もある。浴室の水風呂付近の温度低めの場所にも椅子3脚。サウナ2〜3周を3日間続けたが、どこにも座れないということはなかった。
そんな感じで設備は素晴らしいです。

Cons:

狭いビルなのでフロアの移動が多くなるところが面倒。荷物を置く鍵付きロッカー7階、大浴場8階、レストラン漫画スペース6階、宿泊エリア2〜5階。

リラックス
Pros:

屋外バスが、人の体温くらいで、とてもリラックス出来て良かったです。あのような温度のお風呂は、初めてで、熱めのお風呂に入った後に入ると、とてもリラックスできるので、非常に素晴らしいです。ありがとうございました!!

値段の割には、思ったより快適だった。
Pros:

目的の場所まで、徒歩5分圏内に有ったこと

Cons:

大浴場まで、1フロア階段を登り降りしないと辿り着けない。
露天風呂が36度と冷たすぎる。
館内用のスリッパが無かった。
