Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique, même avec notre bébé de 3 mois, tout s’est déroulé à merveille. L’accueil a été d’une grande douceur, avec un personnel aux petits soins, toujours à l’écoute, ce qui nous a vraiment rassurés. Le service est irréprochable, chaque membre de l’équipe a été attentif à nos besoins, et notamment à ceux de notre tout-petit. La nourriture était délicieuse (petit déjeuner incroyable avec pleins de choix à la carte en plus), la piscine très agréable, et la plage superbe. Il n’y a vraiment rien à dire. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour leur professionnalisme et leur bienveillance.

I recently stayed at Cape Bodrum Luxury Hotel and had a mixed experience.
The hotel’s location is excellent, particularly for those who wish to be close to Yalıkavak Marina. The views are beautiful, the breakfast selection is outstanding, and the staff are generally welcoming and friendly.
However, there were several service-related issues that affected my stay. The electronic room key repeatedly malfunctioned over several nights, and unfortunately the response to resolve the problem was neither efficient nor timely. In addition, I was surprised that the room curtains did not fully block the sunlight, which made it difficult to rest comfortably in the morning.
The most disappointing experience occurred on my departure day when I was presented with a beach invoice exceeding 11,000 Turkish Lira that did not belong to me. Despite repeatedly explaining that these charges were not my expenses, the matter took considerable time to resolve and ultimately caused a delay to my flight.
While the hotel offers a great location, excellent breakfast, and pleasant staff, I believe improvements are needed in operational efficiency, guest service responsiveness, and billing accuracy to provide the level of experience expected from a luxury hotel.

The staff was lovely smiling and very helpful. Yigit, aslinur and ipek was very helpful and so was the rest of the staff ☺️

I just had the most incredible stay at Cap Bodrum Luxury Hotel. It completely exceeded my expectations. The views, the pool, the beach—everything was beyond fantastic. The breakfast was amazing, but what truly made this stay unforgettable were the staff. Emircan Keten, Batuhan, and Turker were so generous—they surprised us with free drinks and made us feel truly special. Suhaila at reception gave us a warm welcome and guided us throughout the hotel, ensuring we felt at home. And Mustafa at the beach area went above and beyond—he made sure we were completely comfortable and had everything we needed. Please, take special care of them, because I will absolutely be coming back, all thanks to their incredible hospitality.

I had an excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. The level of customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out, and every interaction with the staff was professional, courteous, and efficient. There were always team members readily available to assist, ensuring that all requests were handled promptly. The hotel is well-managed, conveniently located, and maintained to a high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking exceptional service and a comfortable stay.
We initially had issues with our room but Umut really made sure we were happy. He has amazing customer service.
The spa!!!! Was amazing, thanks to following Gulide the spa receptionist, Ari and None who were are masseuse. We went two days in a row because it was that great. Very professional and knowledgeable. Best spa massages and worth the money (take a tip).

The area of the hotel is a bit far and isolated (with a lot of road work etc on the way) but the hotel has its own experience inside.
