休閒優質放鬆、犒賞自己的好去處
Pros:

地點好，房間乾淨舒適且寬敞。床很舒服，棉被不厚重但非常保暖。景色好。旅館接待人員態度親切，餐廳服務人員貼心有禮，還為我們準備生日小蛋糕，唱歌慶賀，非常窩心難忘的一晚。早餐buffet食材豐富，可選擇如何烹調雞蛋，現點現做，非常出色。

Staff is very friendly and Helpful, rooms are very clean

Cons:

1. Wifi is very unstable. Not recommended for someone who travels for work and needs internet/wifi.
2. Breakfast was acceptable, except that they do not provide butter with the breakfast if you are having your breakfast in the room.

Excellent customer service with lots of smiles
Pros:

The restaurant at the property is called Smiles, which lives up to it's name. All service staff, from room cleaners, to front desk receptionists, gardners, waiters all had beautiful, welcoming smiles and energy throughout the stay.

The bedroom was really spacious and comfortable. The bed itself was very comfortable and clean.

Staff went over and beyond to make sure that my 1 year old was comfortable, ensuring that a cot was setup ahead of checking in, having a high chair ready for meals and ensuring that dinner was ready exactly the time that my baby needs to eat dinner. The chefs also catered for my special meal requirements, which was fantastic.

I also had a massage at the spa, which was very relaxing.

The size and comfort of the bed. Also loved the layout of the room, very spacious. The staff is very warm and attentive, I enjoyed that.

Wifi was poor in my room, even after they brought an extender.

The warmth of the place. The staff is very friendly and the effort they put in to assist us

Cons:

They can maybe just have a little fridge in the room for cold water and some of the rooms breakfast was included and some not like our room but paid little bit more
