We spent a lot of time and energy dealing with problems we did not expect to have.

The staff was quite friendly, and the breakfast was modest but of decent quality.

Cons:

When we arrived, we were given a room where there was dust on the surfaces, big blue spot on the carpet and a persistent unpleasant smell. The locker did not work. The staff were unable to fix it, and we were offered a room change for the next day.
We agreed and moved to another room the following day, but unfortunately the same problem occurred there as well. The locker did not work, and the phone was also out of order. The safe was eventually fixed, but the phone was not.
The room price was very high, which was probably due to the long weekend in Amsterdam. Still, given the actual level of comfort and maintenance, the experience felt quite disappointing and uncomfortable.

Cons:

Alquilamos 8 bicis y 4 de ellas nos dieron problemas. Tuvimos que volver a cambiarlas con el tiempo que eso nos hizo perder.

Wir waren nur 1 Nacht dort.
Das Hotel liegt in einem Vorort von Amsterdam, man kann es mit den Öffis gut erreichen. Für unseren Zweck war die Lage gut, da wir keinen Stadturlaub geplant hatten.
Das Zimmer war für einen Kurztrip ausreichend.
Alles, was man benötigt war vorhanden (Zimmer mit offenem Schrank, Safe, Kühlschrank, Bad, Pflegeprodukten, etc).
Das Frühstück war gut.
Das Ein- und Auschecken ging sehr zügig.

Cons:

Im Großen und Ganzen war das Zimmer sauber, aber beim genaueren Hinsehen wäre eine etwas gründlichere Reinigung wünschenswert (z.B. unter dem Bett).
Im Bad war alles sauber.
Das Hotel liegt in der Einflugschneise von Schiphol, so dass man mit Flugverkehr rechnen muss.
Uns hat es nicht gestört, da die Fenster den Schall gut dämmen.

Goede locatie, goed bereikbaar
Pros:

Geen ontbijt gehad dus geen oordeel over, kamer was goed voor 1of 2 nacht, kamer was schoon
Dicht bij Amsterse bos!

Cons:

Arriveerde eind vd middag, moest nog wachten op schoonmaken kamer, na kwartier toch andere kamer gekregen, dat is dan geen goede 1e indruk
Koffie/thee apparaat werkte niet ( ook niet met stroom)
