Ashbourne Hotel is a Good Option
Pros:

The breakfast available was delicious and convenient. Cleaning staff regularly cleaned rooms and provided fresh towels and toilet paper. Several non-Irish restaurants around which is helpful when returning from a long day exploring.

Cons:

Make sure to put out the do no disturb sign if you want to sleep in because again cleaning staff are on point so just a heads up!

Avoid the breakfast.
Pros:

I liked the room and the staff. The food in the evening was good.

Cons:

The breakfast was nothing short of dreadful. The egg was totally inedible. I should have complained, but I can't understand why it was put on a plate. I was in room 212. The chef should be ashamed of himself for serving such a disgusting breakfast.
