Pros:

The Hotel was in a good location for what I required.

Cons:

It's exceptionally tired in appearance. My room had a dangerous tear in the carpet which I think is a safety issue. The mattress has a double plastic wrap ( cover and mattress protector) on it which is no comfortable along with a dip in the bed to put it mildly. The bathroom is antiquated. There are no usable plugs at the bedside of the room which is inconvenient.

Great location & excellent staff
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and attentive. Great on-site parking. We ate carvery in the bar before heading to an event, food was very tasty, portions were huge and excellent value.

Pros:

. Staff was wonderful all very friendly. The food is fantastic!! and the live music on the Saturday night was wonderful too! definitely would go again!

Cons:

Even though we had amazing time unfortunately there one problem. Me and my partner was out most of the day and wasn’t in the room as much. When we got back late that evening. I open the duvet I see some kind of old blood or poo stain on my sheet. Which I was disgusted. I then first thing in the morning I told a member of staff and apologised and got a housekeeper to change the sheets soon as possible. but I wish I didn’t had to ask to have clean sheets they should already be clean ones there.
