The suite was amazing and worth the extra money. Balconies and views. Stunning location.
The dining area was a conservatory and very hot in the morning. The food was disappointing. Free wifi was only in the lounge. Understaffed at times.
great locaton.good value
great food.
The location is excellent
No hairdryer in room
Location
Breakfast. Full breakfast cooked items were thrown onto plate. Did not look appetising. Some people had no clean tables to sit at, had to wait for staff to reset them.
The room was lovely and the views was amazing

Lovely location.
Tired and worn out tbh I paid £158 pound for the night and it’s not worth that … I stay in a lot of hotels and this isn’t value for money.
The staff were very nice and the location is superb
The mattress wasnt very comfortable
Situation … on the sea shore
Most comfortable in all respects
Great parking
Nothing
Its position
The room was substandard.
Bedside lights didn’t work, only main light.
No hairdryer in room.
Electric kettle didn’t work.
Bed was very uncomfortable.
No food of any sort available on arrival at :8:30 pm.
The location was lovely
Rooms are very dated, not enough plugs and no usb ports on plugs which is the normal for hotels now. Shower was fixed to the wall and could not be moved. Breakfast was okay the first morning. The second morning the breakfast took forever to come and the hash brown was solid (very over cooked) and the sausage was only cooked on one side and raw on the other - the server said “that’s the way they have been all morning” when the hash brown was pointed out to them
Hotel was clean in a nice position
The breakfast service needs someone to over look it no organisation run out of juice, bread for toast,
Location great food was good
Arrived and was welcomed immediately by a local sounding gentleman on reception checked in, in minutes.
I ate in the hotel on four nights having a different meal every night. Each meal was plentiful and so tasty. The breakfasts were also plentiful and lots of choice. The waiting staff were attentive and always happy to help even at extremely busy times.
The room was large and spacious but a little dated I'd say USB charging points in the room are now expected. The bathroom was of good quality and good standard.
The location is lovely if you like the coast with walks right onto the coast but only a 15 minute walk up to the town.
Just returned from 3 nights at Little Haven. The location is brilliant, right at the mouth of The River Tyne, with sand dunes behind it and lovely views out to sea. The location is SO good that it has in the past compensated for a few drawbacks. This year it felt like the hotel was really making an extra effort, well done. Comfortable bed in a very clean first floor room - we loved watching the big ships sailing in and out of The Tyne from our window. Good breakfasts (especially the baked beans!) although the conservatory glass roof needs a share of some kind to keep the temperature comfortable. It was great to see Cheryl's cheerful face overseeing the mornings very efficiently at the weekend - turned out she is also responsible for the excellent housekeeping. Friendly staff throughout, which makes such a difference. Warm and welcoming ambience throughout. We'll be back next summer!
