Très beau quartier près de buckingham palace et Victoria station.
Personnel à l’accueil aimable. Surtout la jeune fille.
L’eau, le thé, le café et les biscuits gratuits dans la chambre.
Produits de douche.

Cons:

L’air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre malgré le fait que j’avais insisté même avant notre arrivée. On nous avait assuré qu’il y en avait. Le gars de la réception m’a dit le soir qu’ils le savaient et attendaient réparation. Ce n’était donc as fortuit. Il m’a donné un ventilateur pour aérer une chambre où on dormait à trois par 35 degrés en extérieur au 3e étage sous les toits !
Le lendemain matin j’ai demandé à la demoiselle de l’accueil de nous changer de chambre. Ce qu’elle a fait. Sous sol et air conditionné. Nous avons pu dormir! Dans cette chambre la, la télé ne marchait pas.

Le petit déjeuner est continental. Vraiment pas terrible. Même pas d’œufs brouillés ni bacon ni beans. Déçus !

Location was perfect for us. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful

Cons:

Aircon not working and presrnce of 2 fans in rooms suggest that had been the case before we arrrived. Drain in shower blocked so watet didn't drain away.

Buena ubicación, limpieza y servicio excelentes.
Pros:

Personal muy amable, buen desayuno, muy bien la limpieza y las amenities. La ubicación es fantástica, cercana a Victoria Station y Buckingham.

Cons:

No hay ascensor y en nuestro caso había que subir tres pisos por una escalera antigua y estrecha.

El AC de la habitación no funcionaba. Nos proporcionaron ventiladores pero, al estar en la última planta, la temperatura de la habitación era excesiva.

It was very stuffy as air con couldn’t cool the room in soaring temperatures. Thankfully, we were provided with two fans which helped slightly.

Pros:

The location is really nice, the neighbourhood was quiet and had lots of beautiful cafes. We enjoyed the classic english breakfast in the morning and it had a nice outdoor area to eat in the morning. The staff was also really welocoming and helpful. It's also possible to leave your luggage until check-in or after check-out.
