Location, location, location
Pros:

Excellent location with a short walk to the Victoria station. Air condition was great in the heat of the summer. Cold breakfast was good.

Cons:

Window pointed to another wall, but was at least quiet. Accidental fire alarm and cut off warm water were a bit annoying.

Pros:

Beliggenheten er fantastisk. Kort vei til en mange store severdigheter, museer, parker og kollektivknutepunkter. Personalet er vennlig og hjelpsomt. Frokosten er middels. Det er to typer brød, et fint og et noe grovere. Enkelt utvalg av pålegg med ost, salami, sjokoladepålegg og syltetøy. Noen bakevarer som croissant, men disse var levert i plast og virket ikke helt ferske. Det var kokte egg, men ikke speilegg og bacon, som mange ønsker på en hotellfrokost. Man får mat i magen og en god start på dagen, men om man forventer en hotellfrokost av scandinavisk kvalitet, så blir man skuffet.

Cons:

Rommet var lite og utrolig varmt. Det gjorde vanskelig å få sove om natten. Det er installert air-condition på rommet, men den virket ikke. Vi spurte om å få fikset denne eller bytte rom, men det var ikke mulig. Det er ikke kjøleskap eller barskap på rommet, så det er heller ingen mulighet er for å få kjølt seg ned med kaldt drikke. Mens vi var der så var utetemperaturene 20-25 grader. Da var rommet uutholdelig varm på natten. Jeg ville derfor holdt unna dette hotellet på sommeren.

Comfortable and friendly reception staff.
Pros:

Lovely looking outside and it was also clean in the bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

Our bedroom was small for 3 people but comfortable beds. We only stayed for one night so the size was acceptable for one night

Petit déjeuner correct sans plus.
Salle du petit déjeuner exiguë et à l’organisation surprenante : dans un même lieu poubelles , lave-vaisselle et produits alimentaires.

Would not go back.
Pros:

The location was good. Just around the corner is some nice shops and cafes. It’s on a lovely street.

Cons:

The room was cramped. Far too hot with little options to make it more comfortable. There was an issue with the toilet which kept making noises. We have reached out to the hotel but they have made no attempt to contact us back.

Μια βδομάδα στο Λονδίνο

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος μας βολεψε πάρα πολύ γιατί ήταν κοντά στον σταθμό Victoria αλλά και πολύ κοντά στο Buckingham Palace. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό. Και η καθαριότητα του ήταν τίμια. Κάθε πρωί είχαμε καθαρές πετσέτες και το δωμάτιο μας ήταν τακτοποιημένο.

Cons:

Αυτό που δεν μας άρεσε ήταν ότι δεν είχε καθόλου μα καθόλου ηχομόνωση. Αν ήθελες να κοιμηθείς μέχρι αργά, αυτο δεν έπαιζε. Ακούγονταν τα πάντα. Βήματα απο πανω, η ντουζιέρα του διπλανού δωματίου, ποδοβολητα στην σκάλα. Υπήρχε ένα θέμα με το μπάνιο δλδ με την ντουζιέρα. Τα νερά δεν έφευγαν αμέσως οπότε γινόταν μια λίμνη. Επίσης, στο πρωινό θα θέλαμε τα υλικά που χρησιμοποιούνται να είναι φρέσκα. Ψωμί και κρουασάν ήταν επιεικώς απαράδεκτα. Ξερά και άνοστα. Ενα κέικ δεν υπήρχε ή κανένα μπισκότο για τον καφέ. Και δεν ήταν μονο δικό μας πρόβλημα αλλα το μουρμούριζαν και άλλοι. Η διαμονή μας δεν ήταν φθηνή οπότε περιμέναμε οι παροχές να αντιστοιχούν στα χρήματα που δώσαμε. Είναι κάποια πράγματα που πρέπει να προσέξει η διοίκηση εαν θέλει να γίνει καλύτερο το ξενοδοχείο της.
