Pros:

Great location. Interesting area that shows off London. Good breakfast with plenty of choice included.

Pros:

Good price. Good location behind Victoria. Basic breakfast but with a reasonable choice with lots of fruit, cereals etc (and the staff were fine when I started early while they were still setting up). Staff were helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

Bearing in mind the low price so it was value for money - but still the hotel is tired, a converted terrace with small winding corridors, the rooms small of course. If you’re on business, the 7am start for breakfast is a bit late.

Location. Right round the corner from Victoria coach Station and walked to the Chelsea flower show.

L'emplacement est fabuleux, à la fois proche de Victoria station, de Buckingham Palace et de l'abbaye de Westminster tout en étant trés calme avec des restos et des bars proches trés agréables.
Le personnel est trés professionnel et sympathique.

Cons:

La climatisation dans notre chambre était en panne avec des grosses chaleurs.

Muy buena ubicación, buen barrio y cerca del transporte público. La atención del personal fue excelente. Buen desayuno aunque con poca variedad, cumple lo necesario.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado estaba descompuesto y durante la ola de calor en Londres fue muy incómodo estar en la habitación. Las habitaciones del piso de abajo no tienen ventanas que se puedan abrir, las tienen cerradas permanentemente, por lo que pedimos cambio.

air con needs sorting other than that it was very enjoyable

room was at the top , lovely clean spacous room , tea coffee etc plentful

Cons:

the aircon wasnt working , there was however a fan in the room , but it was the hottest day of the year so did very little to cool the room down

fix the air con was a great place to stay

Wir würde gerne wieder kommen.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, jeden Tag 4! Flaschen Wasser, Tee, Kaffee, Kekse auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist nicht überdimensioniert, aber absolut ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Ein top Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für London und diese schöne, ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Zimmer mit Aufbettung ist o.k., aber dadurch war der Schrank nicht nutzbar und es gab keinen Haken im Zimmer, um irgendwo etwas hinzuhängen.
Und eine große Decke für zwei ist ungewohnt.
