Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Bereits beim Check-in mussten wir trotz vereinbarter Ankunftszeit etwa eine Stunde warten, bis wir unser Zimmer beziehen konnten.

Während unseres Aufenthalts fiel der Strom vier- bis fünfmal aus. Zusätzlich gab es kein Warmwasser. Uns wurde zugesichert, dass das Problem innerhalb von zwei Stunden behoben sei – tatsächlich gab es jedoch auch danach weiterhin kein Warmwasser.

Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit den Problemen. Der Eigentümer zeigte aus unserer Sicht wenig Interesse an einer kundenorientierten Lösung. Statt eine direkte Erstattung vorzunehmen, verwies er uns immer wieder an Booking.com, obwohl wir vor Ort mit Karte bezahlt hatten. Er erklärte, er werde über Booking.com eine Anfrage stellen – auf eine Rückmeldung warten wir bis heute.

Als wir unser Geld zurückverlangten, begründete er die verweigerte direkte Erstattung damit, dass Booking.com eine Provision einbehalte und zusätzlich Steuern an den albanischen Staat abgeführt würden. Außerdem wurde das Gespräch zwischenzeitlich laut und unangenehm.

Bei der Bezahlung wollte man zudem zunächst einen 1:1-Wechselkurs anwenden, was deutlich ungünstiger gewesen wäre als die Abrechnung in der Landeswährung.

Ebenfalls irritierend fanden wir, dass offenbar minderjährige Personen im Hotel mitarbeiteten und Aufgaben übernahmen, die man normalerweise vom regulären Hotelpersonal erwarten würde.

Die Fotos auf Booking.com vermitteln zudem einen deutlich besseren Eindruck als die Realität. Nach unserem Eindruck entspricht nur eines der Zimmer den gezeigten Bildern, während die übrigen Zimmer deutlich einfacher ausgestattet sind.

Aufgrund der zahlreichen Mängel und des unprofessionellen Umgangs mit der Situation können wir dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Hotel położony w dogodnej lokalizacji. Czysto w pokojach, sprzątane codziennie oraz przez pobyt kilkudniowy była zmieniana pościel. Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadania.

Posizione eccezionale, vista dalla camera veramente mozzafiato. Pulizia della struttura eccezionale.

Cons:

Struttura priva di ascensore e arrivare al 3 piano con le valigie diventa davvero faticoso. Punterei notevolmente a migliorare la colazione, veramente poco di colazione occidentale.

Sijainti oli kätevä, hotellin edestä pääsi laskeutumaan portaita rannalle ja mereen uimaan. Aamupala oli myös yllättävän monipuolinen.

Hôtel bien placé en bord de mer avec places de parking réservées pour l'hôtel. La chambre est sympa sans plus.

Cons:

On prend sa douche sous un filet d'eau et le savon est en option.
Le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas terrible.
Vu le tarif on pouvait s'attendre à mieux.

Właściciele hotelu bardzo uprzejmi i zaangażowani w dbanie o komfort gości. Widać, że bardzo zależy im na miłej atmosferze i wysokim standardzie obsługi. Pokój bardzo czysty. Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. Dostaliśmy pokój z cudownym widokiem na morze, trochę mały dla naszej czwórki, ale to nie było najważniejsze. Śniadania były smaczne, każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Polecamy, pobyt był bardzo udany i spełnił nasze oczekiwania.
