La piscine était sale pour un établissement comme celui-ci c’est pas admissible

Très bien, je recommande.
Pros:

L’hôtel est au calme, les chambres très confortables et bien équipées, le personnel au petit soin.
Les restaurants sont également excellents. Parfait pour un nuit à Colombo.
Un peu éloigné du quartier du Fort mais en Uber, c’est facile et pas cher.

Cons:

Dommage que la terrasse ne soit pas couverte pour pouvoir en profiter malgré les quelques gouttes de pluie

Nice place with good restaurant but our room was noisy and the deferred maintenance is very obvious.
Pros:

Good location with access to multiple food places and the street it was in was quiet.

Cons:

The room was noisy from the in-house restaurant every night until 11pm. There is a lot of deferred maintenance of the place which is very obvious and makes it loo shabby.

Our stay was most pleasant. We were given a very spacious room with balcony.

Un repos salutaire, calme et harmonie.
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel et de la direction qui m’ont accueillie après un voyage fatigant. Le cadre très beau, la localisation, la belle chambre.

Cons:

All style and no substance

The hotel and room looked beautiful and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Whilst the place looked beautiful there were several issues with our room during our three night stay. The shower water was dangerously hot and could not be adjusted. The tap in the wash basin was broken and came off. The toilet rocked when you sat on it. Then on the last day of our stay the toilet did not flush. The door to the terrace would not lock which we thought was a security issue. Finally the wifi did not work. Staff said it was an Apple problem and tried to fix it unsuccessfully.

Staff make you feel special
Pros:

We returned for our last night in Sri Lanka after starting our trip at Zylan and were looking forward to our return. The staff are great, love the coffee and breakfast and a huge shout out to Thanuja for the best coffee we had in Sri Lanka and looking after us so well.
