The staff were so polite and welcoming
The room allocation was not great, view of the bins and inconsiderate guest noise late at night.

I went to breakfast on opening and asked for some pastries as I had to leave and the lady was very rude went and got me 3 on a plate and basically threw them at me and one landed on the floor.... she huffed and stormed off. I had spoken to reception the night before and advised I needed to leave at 8am and she said it would be fine to grab a pastry before I went but the lady in the restaurant clearly found this inconvenient!

Receptie personeel wat ongeinteresseerd.
De pun zou volgens personeel tot 20:30u open zijn, maar toen ik daar om 20:10u kwam bleek deze al om 20u dicht te zijn.
Gelukkig is het naastgelegen restaurant wel tot 20:30u open.
