Pros:

La gentillesse de la personne à l'accueil nous avons parlé musique. Enfin le personnel en général est très gentil.

Cons:

On entend beaucoup de bruit depuis les chambres (les voisins) et les trains qui passent, mais on s'y fait.

Un bon petit hôtel pour une nuit ou deux
Pros:

Chambre climatisée propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner dans une cave atypique était varié et de bonne qualité. Le personnel à l'accueil très courtois.

Excellent location close to Gare de Lyon so ideal for a stopover. (I stayed two separate nights, going to and from Italy)Lovely staff "We are always pleased to see our guests when they come back!" - this is how I was greeted, with a big smile, when I arrived after midnight having taken the TGV from Turin. On both nights I stayed I was given a bigger room than the one I'd booked.

Cons:

Minor quibble - the Wi-Fi didn’t really work on the room. Two members of staff tried to sort it out but to no avail, it wasn’t their fault.
I was in a ground floor room on the second visit and I was clearly directly over the Metro line. I was so tired that I didn’t care!

Hotel fine for short stay.
Pros:

Had a great short stay. Staff on reception were very friendly. Hotel room clean with great AC which was much needed as staying during red heatwave in Paris. No problem leaving bags on check out whilst we won’t exploring the city before departing from Gare De Lyon which is just across the road.

Cons:

Area not great but hotel is safe enough.
