Location was good and staff was good

Cons:

Despite two people staying in the room, only one coffee portion was provided — a basic oversight that set the tone for the rest of the stay. The bathroom was in serious disrepair: broken shower curtains, a blocked sink, and visible mould in the shower, which is both unpleasant and unhygienic.

The room itself was poorly maintained, the window curtains were hanging off the rails, giving the room a neglected appearance.

Overall, the condition of the facilities fell far below reasonable expectations, and the lack of care was obvious throughout.
