Very nice hotel
Pros:

Lovely breakfast and room was tidy

Cons:

A bit noisy as room was above reception and room had some marks on walls and carpet had tea stains near the bin.

Pros:

The Coco has been updated in recent years to a good standard and the staff are very welcoming , cheerful and helpful.
The location is perfect if you're seeing a show at the Spa pavillion as we did, and the lovely high street and beautiful seafront are just a short stroll from the hotel...perfect.

Conveniently located with a friendly staff, restaurant and pub.
Pros:

Convenient to town and sea front. Restaurant was very nice and pub below.

Cons:

Dated permanently stained carpets. Room were hot with the warm weather. Zero room in bathroom for our needs like countertops. The most annoying thing was the noise from other rooms at 2:00 AM that awoke us on the early Saturday morning. Constant banging around.

Pleasant stay, great location
Pros:

The room looked modern and clean, the shower worked well. There were tea and coffee facilities and bottle of water in room. Bed was comfy. Location great for town and beach.

Cons:

It was warm in the room without any heating. It was a little noisy in morning from other guests. It rained and the drain pipe outside our window must be broken or full of debris because there was a constant drip sound. I think hangers and tea facilities could be better arranged.

Pros:

Bedroom was nicely appointed, Bed was comfy. We used the restaurant which was excellent for an evening meal. Bar area was good and all staff exceptionally friendly, welcoming and thorough.

Cons:

Only gripe was that our room was extremely hot (it was during the heatwave) and whilst the hotel supplied a fan (and we had brought one too) the room remained very hot , even with the windows open
