Lovely room, clean and comfortable and a good location
Pros:

We liked the addition of a coffee machine .

Cons:

We ate in the restaurant and my husband had a steak, seeing it was a steak restaurant.
Half of it was full of gristle and it was very difficult to eat.
We did tell our waitress. She said "sorry about that"

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the colour scheme very nice. The restaurant was very nice with lovely food also the pub which joins on to hotel was very nice with friendly bar staff and lovely outdoor seating in the garden.

Just the fact that the hotelwas not very accessible for a wheelchair though our room was.

Pros:

Great size room, plenty of space, very clean, and friendly staff.

Cons:

The water pressure was awful for the showers, and the sensor light on the bathroom mirror kept triggering itself randomly, even during the night, which caused a rather loud clicking noise sporadically during the night.

Pros:

It was good to have a Marco Pierre Restaurant on site

Cons:

Our room was at the top of the stairs. Woken up through the night with other guests being very loud (drunk). This happened a few times. Didn't get much sleep!!

Pros:

The entire hotel was very clean and immaculately presented. The room was large and the bathroom a good size with quality fittings. Staff were exceptionally friendly and informative, and the location faultless, making Hotel CoCo exceptional.

Cons:

The room had no air conditioning given the heatwave. But, not the hotel's fault; they cannot install this given the age and design of the building. So a 9/10 given this for comfort.
