Very good hotel, I recommend it
Pros:

I really liked the hotel ambiance and quality, the hotel staff was very friendly and nice (shoutout to Miss Esra), which it’s not always the case in other hotels. The room was perfectly clean, I really enjoyed my stay there !

Nice hotel
Pros:

We stayed here for two nights as a couple to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had a lovely experience.

The hotel is beautiful, modern and very clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. We really enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the pool, sauna and steam room. The 24 hour fitness centre next to the pool was also convenient and well equipped. The pool could have been a little warmer, but we still enjoyed it.

The complimentary anniversary surprise was a lovely touch. We received a delicious chocolate cake and wine, which made our celebration feel even more special.

Breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety. We liked that around a quarter of the items changed each day, so it did not feel repetitive.

The elevators were very fast and smooth, and we felt safe as key cards were required to access the elevators and different areas of the hotel.

There are two à la carte restaurants, a well stocked minibar and a free shuttle to Taksim Square.

Overall, a very comfortable and relaxing stay. We would happily come back.

Cons:

The smell of men changing rooms in the spa area.

Персонал был невежлив. Заселились ночью - долго что-то не понимали,

На след день не могли показать где проходил ужин..

В целом было впечатление, что своими вопросами мы только отвлекали персонал от ох важных дел.. каких только - непонятно

было очень неприятно получать такое обслуживание .
