Staff reaponse is bad. I have requested a blanked and I got that after 45 mins and two reminders.

Way below a 5 star hotel
Pros:

Beds were comfy, breakfast was okay, lobby design is good.

Cons:

Staff is extremely uninterested in their work - they couldn’t care less if they were talking to someone or not. We stayed for one night only and we couldn’t use neither garden or roof top, as it seemed they were both rented out. Even though we were told we could use them when we checked in. Location is poor, there’s nothing interesting happening in the walking distance. There were no bathrobes left in spa around 8pm.
