Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, with an indoor pool and an outdoor jacuzzi! They even had floaties, a pool ring, and goggles for our child, which we forgot to bring... and it really upgraded our stay. The breakfast was wonderful, and we even had dinner there, which was nice. Highly, highly recommended!

It sas aThe evening was boring, there wasn't really anything to do... except sit at the bar.

Pros:

מלון נפלא, מתאים מאוד למשפחות.
יש בריכה מקורה ומתקנים לילדים בבריכה ממש היו מוסיפים.
אבל מאוד מתאים לילדים יש ג'ימבור, מדריכות וכל יום הייתה פעילות מחוץ למלון בשביל הילדים.

Great schnitzel 10\10.

Remarkable hotel! Best in Poiana Brasov by far!
Pros:

Everything from how the hotel looks like from the outside to the inside. Amazing facilities. Great breakfast (the best we’ve eaten in Romania and one of the best ever). Hotel’s restaurant for dinner is amazing. Large variety of items to choose from. Hotel is very clean and inviting with amazing atmosphere.

A relaxing stay at Teleferic
Pros:

Enjoyed the peaceful and clean area, close to the trees and mountains
Very nice breakfast with plenty of options
Outdoors jaccuzi were very nice
I like that there were different events organised for children and for adults.
Small touch, but I liked that bottles of water were in the room on arrival.

Cons:

Hard to find things that weren't great. As the hotel is generally very very good.

But for example, on small issue was that both bathrobes provided in the room had broken belt loops, which made them a little difficult to wear properly.

Another small thing, at some point, at 4-5pm someone was hovering the floor just outside the room, and we were trying to rest.

I couldn't see a sign for Do not disturb or a 'Don't clean our room' sign to put on the door, as some days we just didn't want our room to be cleaned or didn't want anyone to enter.

One day I had a headache and I asked if they had Paracetamol or Nurofen, and none of the staff had it.

Teleferic remains the best hotel in the area, and the experience is always pleasant in all respects. The price is a bit high though.

some small updates of furbishings in rooms could be useful (notably the airco systems)
