The hotel’s location is great.
While the suite itself was spacious, the rest of our stay unfortunately fell short of expectations. The hotel is in desperate need of updates—the furniture is remarkably old, and even small details like the toilet paper were poor quality. Service from the staff left a lot to be desired, and breakfast lacked both quality and variety. To top it off, the pool area was small and poorly managed; they ran out of towels and instructed us to bring our room towels down, but then refused to replace them for the rest of the day. Overall, this property needs significant improvements across the board to justify its rates
