comfortable bed , lovely views and spa was amazing
the breakfast option was huge but all Turkish, no European cheese no cream cheese
we had an incident as my Husband became sick and he vomited in the uber car in a paper bag which spilled little bit on the car flower , the bell boy and the hotel staff took care and cleaned that. my husband pay him extra tip due to this incidence , 2 h later we got a call from the Hotel asking us to pay the uber $ 300 due to the small amount of vomit that spoiled his car floor and what was fully cleaned by the staff and they were negotiating the payment for the driver with us ... I was surprised and shocked to receive such a call after mid night from such a prestigious Hotel.

Excellent location, excellent facilities
We booked in their main restaurant weeks in advance, but had our reservation cancelled at short notice because they wished to host a wedding instead. This was surprising and not welcome.

Ολα ήταν υπέροχα στο παλάτι του Βοσπόρου.Απο το δωμάτιο,το προσωπικο,το πρωινο,την πισίνα,τα εστιατόρια.Όλα λειτουργούσαν υποδειγματικά.
Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour. La vue sur le Bosphore est tout simplement magnifique, l’hôtel est somptueux et les repas étaient excellents. Le personnel est très accueillant et le service est à la hauteur d’un palace. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et nous pensons revenir en août.
Le seul point négatif concerne le hamam. Nous avons été surpris d’apprendre qu’il était impossible d’y accéder sans réserver obligatoirement un gommage ou un soin. Cela nous a mis assez mal à l’aise, car c’est une pratique que nous n’avions jamais rencontrée, surtout en Turquie où le hamam est généralement accessible indépendamment des soins. Nous pensons qu’il serait préférable de laisser le choix aux clients.
It was beautiful with amazing views . We loved the large balcony and the breakfast each morning was top notch! The staff was friendly and helpful.
The dinner at the Bosphorus Grill was not our favorite .

My parents and I stayed at wonderful Ciragan palace for one week in june and enjoyed our stay immensely! All our requests were efficiently and promptly fulfilled. We were accommodated in two beautifully appointed rooms on highest floor so we had delightful Bosphorus view! Hotel facilities are great, outdoor pool, gym, breakfast and dinner outlets. We dined in Gazebo, Ruya and Bellini, food and ambiance were great in all of them. Concierges are very knowledgeable end efficient, and all hotel staff members are so sweet and cordial that you feel genuinely welcome and truly pampered all the time! This was our third stay and certainly won't be the last one!
