Very clean, very friendly staff and the value for the room was very lovely.
Just the fire alarm, but that wasn’t the staff’s fault.

Not a thing
The room was very spacious and clean. Was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the room to see a welcome display on the tv with my last name.
The indoor pool very was nice. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. All the staff was very nice. It was a great stay and I'll book with them again.
Experienced no problem or concern
It was pleasant and clean for the most part.
I got to my room late after a long day at the state fair and when I opened up the pullout sofa for my daughter there was only one spare pillow for the couch (no bedding/blanket) and also no soap to wash our hands in the bathroom. I called the front desk and was told I had to come down to get the missing items. I was hoping the breakfast would redeem the stay. It did NOT! For almost $300/night I was expecting a big variety of items. That was certainly not the case.
