Clean hotel
Pros:

We had a great stay at the Hamilton Inn. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice firm blue sofa that was perfect for relaxing. The staff were all friendly, polite, and welcoming throughout our visit.

Breakfast is served from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., which made it easy to fit into our schedule. We also appreciated that the TV included Netflix and Disney+, giving us plenty of entertainment options in the evening.

Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered great value. We'd definitely stay here again.

Right off of I-90
Pros:

I just stayed here for one night on our way back to Maine. First and last impressions weren't great. There was no one at the check-in desk when we arrived or departed the hotel. We had to wait several minutes for someone to show up each time. Maybe they should have a bell? The room was very clean. The AC worked and the bed was fine. I choose the hotel because it is right off of the highway. I did not hear any noise in the room. However, I think it should be mentioned that there is only one restaurant in the area. They do charge for parking here.

Pros:

Room and bathroom were quite nice. Hot breakfast was good.

Cons:

Location is decent, but not much in walking distance, our particular room window was almost completely blocked by the entryway pergola thing. Seemed a bit expensive, charge for parking was a bummer.

Beds are Awful
Pros:

The beds are very hard and uncomfortable, and that is what I have to base my review on. The room itself was fine otherwise, but for the price, there should be a decent bed to sleep on. The pool is very small and had hair all over the floor. There are many hotels in this same area, I would suggest staying elsewhere.

Friendly staff
Pros:

Stayed at this property several times. The staff here are the stars of the show. Both nights the front desk staff gladly and professionally handled a couple needs during our stay.

They assisted us with a room change (reservation came through with wrong room type) and then on another stay , offering a brand new slip mat for the bath tub. Danielle was especially helpful for recommending late night restaurant options. She also reminded us of Hilton bonus point promotions (rare for staff to mention). Breakfast staff always friendly and accommodating. Housekeepers in hallways all smiling and wishing you a good day.
