La ubicación..La disposición del personal
Al comienzo faltaban algunas cosas..espejo y seguridad en el baño..cosa que fué solucionada prontamente.
Excelente o atendimento dos funcionários,boa localização,chuveiro com água quente.

El alojamiento es muy cómodo y lindo,con buena ubicación, a media cuadra de la Iglesia San Pedro y del mercado.
La habitación que elegimos tenía una vista increíble hacia toda la ciudad y cama king
Ya sabíamos esto cuando reservamos el hotel, igualmente no es terrible, pero hay que saber que todos los dormitorios son por escalera, nosotros estábamos en un tercer piso
The staff were all really helpful, friendly and patient with my very basic Spanish
The location was great, right by the station and market and 10mins to Plaza de Aramas

We helped ourselves to lots of coca tea throughout our stay
The view from the room was gorgeous, but all of the glass and gaps made the room very cold but the staff did supply us with a heater when we asked and that solved the problem

Esta muy bien ubicado, justo a media calle del mercado. Eso ayuda bastante para las compras de recuerdos y poder comer más economicamente.
La atención 24h nos ayudo mucho, ya que llegamos a las 12am a hacer el Check-in y nos atendieron sin ningun problema.
Entra mucha luz a la habitación y eso dificulta poder dormir.
Excelente ubicación justo frente al Mercado, donde podemos encontrar recuerdos más economicos. La atención muy buena, atención las 24h eso nos ayudo porque veniamos de aguas calientes muy noche y ellos nos atendieron de la mejor manera.
Dentro de la habitación entraba mucha luz y eso dificultaba al momento de dormir.
