Pros:

The location. The air-con and the blackout window dressings.
The reception staff.

Cons:

Booking in after Reception closed.
No night receptionist. We arrived late, tired, after a flight delay and found the automatic booking difficult. Language problems but it was eventually sorted.

A little gem in the middle of Reus
Pros:

The room was lovely - I booked an accessible room with an accessible bathroom. Both bedroom and bathroom were big enough for a wheelchair user. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. All the staff we met were great. Friendly, helpful and professional. The air con worked perfectly. The beds were comfy. and there was a fridge, safe and hairdryer. No long waits for the lift either.

Perfect location to explore the old town , great staff and large well equipped rooms
Pros:

The hotel was in a great central position for the old town , large room with good facilities . Lovely reception staff , special mention to Diane for being friendly and helpful .

Cons:

No issues at all.

Hôtel très bien situé au cœur de la ville et à deux pas de nombreux restaurants. Propreté nickel avec petit bonus pour les produits d’hygiène rituals à disposition ! Chambre spacieuse avec très grand lit, nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Petit déjeuner convenable mais un peu cher

Cons:

Het was handig geweest om te vertellen waar de dichtstbijzijnde parkeergarage is. Dat kan samen met de routebeschrijving. Er was 1 stoel en we waren met z'n tweetjes

Goed, prachtige ligging in centrum.
Pros:

Prachtige kamer, goed bed en kussens. Zeer ruime badkamer, helaas was de regendouche defect en kwam het water r aan alle kanten uit ( kamer 307 ). Voordeur uit en meteen in hartje centrum met alle restaurants en terrassen.

Cons:

Wifi was dramatisch, kan echt niet meer anno 2026. Gemeld bij receptie en ze zijn er mee bezig.... Verder niets slechts te melden.
