Great hotel. Breakfast needs improvement.
Pros:

Love this hotel, been staying here for a few years. Great location in the historic centre next to the church and a few steps from the squares. Great staff, nice rooms, good aircon, spacious showers. Pod coffee machines in rooms need proper cups though and a kettle would be helpful.

I was disappointed with the breakfast experience which has downgraded since my last stays. The bar next door where breakfast is served no longer has comfortable seating just high bar stools. The variety of food available has decreased and is less accessible. It used to be presented nicely on a table now it is a meagre offering on the bar that is awkward to access. Hot food only available one of the days (scrambled eggs and sausages) and it was actually cold. Also miss the lovely breakfast waitress that used to work here she was an asset.

If i return to Reus I will stay here
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and value for money. Diana on reception was extremely helpful. The location was great. We unfortunately could only stay for one night but the location was so central we could see some of the City and Casa Navas during the evening and following morning before we departed

Cons:

There was nothing that I disliked, everything was very clean, comfortble and central to the City centre.

Perfect hotel for a short or long stay in ghe area
Pros:

All staff were immensely polite, helpful forgiving of our very minimal Spanish. The location is perfect- just 200m from the Gaudi museum and main square.

Cons:

Remember if travelling on a Sunday that most shops will be closed. However the Gaudi museum and a few cafés remained open.

Una maravilla de hotel! Tíenes de todo lo que necesitas
Pros:

El alojamiento está en un sitio estratégico para moverte y tenerlo todo cerca.Tiene en la planta 1 una zona de vending que viene bien para algún capricho además de zona de plancha y microondas por si tenéis que calentar algo que compréis ( del Mercadona que está a la vuela de la esquina).Sin duda alguna volveré a este hotel.

Cons:

Por decir algo que la cisterna del wc no funcionaba bien y perdía agua, era un poco molesto, por lo demas todo genial.

A nice modern hotel with friendly receptionists and a superb adjoining cafeteria.
Pros:

Lovely, helpful receptionists. Even provided me with an umbrella when it started to rain. Location is right in the centre of town and their adjoining cafeteria was a real gem. Wonderful food. Some of the best tapas and raciones that I've eaten in Spain. Terrific chef and superb value for the money for the quality and presentation.
