Having worked for Accor property in past and stay and world across the world if I compare then it was a decent experience.
Few things that I face I want to bring it in notice .
It’s was a two night stay with my wife , I stay in 318 , room was comfortable and size of the room was good . I thank front office team to check in me early and making everything comfortable for me and my wife .
Breakfast on the same day was great 😊 taste and service was good I will give 9/10 .
90% of the meal we eat was in the hotel room service . Room service was a great experience, order timing , follow up , checking feedback it was 10/10 . Great service and great team too.
Breakfast on day 2 and day 3 was unexpected
I was thinking to have the same experience as day 1 , but it lacks idli was hard , paratha was dry , fruits were missing , coffee was asked on the first day but later never been asked , seating the guest and informing about the breakfast was missing from the hostess as it was not even busy either any of the day .
Being food and beverage manager from last 5 years and knowing what a customer can think , we need consistency in service and quality of our products, basic knowledge of menu and local food was missing in service staff .
Being 5 star hotel , serving a canned orange juice and watermelon juice was unacceptable
. Even I order watermelon juice through room service it was not fresh .
Sky grill restaurant I made a booking earlier I reach there 8:30pm it was empty.
Might be awareness about the restaurant with guest was lacking that why they are going outside to eat or choosing other places .
It was windy but nice weather .
If no guest doesn’t mean you will start to close the restaurant, I see few staff taking out cushion and putting table aside even it’s not raining . We had a spring roll and hot and sour soup both were average . That why we decided to go back to room service and order food in the room .

This hotel was Amazing. The staff make this place special. Baljinder at reception was excellent she went above and beyond to make us comfortable, she showed us what true customer service is. Sohail helped us book tickets to the Taj and was super efficient. Beetu was in the cleaning department and was super helpful and friendly. The food in the coffee shop and the breakfast was amazing, the chefs were excellent. Lastly Shayna in the restaurant was excellent she made us comfortable. Thank you Mecure for the great stay. I can definitely say this is the best hotel in Agra

As we came in the low season days, the hotel upgraded our room into the Suite with view can see Taj Mahal and has bath tub. The hotel is very new, modern.
The staff in the breakfast restaurant was very nice, offer to make the coffee, get the fruit for us. The Manager explain the porridge material and take care us when knowing that we had the stomach issue, propose that what type of food/ drink that we need to have when having the stomach issue like that, they will prepare for us.
