I would recommend replacing all standard flat-screen TVs with Smart TVs across all rooms. In today's hospitality industry, features like YouTube, OTT apps, and screen mirroring are basic guest expectations and would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Cons:

The only drawback was the outdated TVs in some rooms. Replacing them with Smart TVs featuring YouTube, OTT apps, and screen mirroring would greatly enhance the guest experience and better match the standards of a premium five-star hotel.

Excellent stay with Family
Pros:

Very good staff assistance and gesture. Room is very good with big floor are and bed is very comfy. Food is excellent both breakfast and dinner.

Top medence , top személyzet ! Top szállás hely ! Top ételek ! Glutèn és tej fehérje allergiám van és tisztában voltak mindennel! Bármilyen ételt elkészítettek nekem külön ! Életem egyik legjobb szállása volt és személyzet akivel találkoztam !

This is how hotels stand out - excellent!
Pros:

Wow, where do I start, everything from the assistance and help of the front of hotel staff, to the friendliness of the restaurant teams (especially Santhosh) and the Concierge (Akhil) was exceptional.
The room was amazing, early check in was really appreciated after such a long travel and the food (breakfast and dinner buffet) was superb.
If I ever return to Agra this is where I will stay 100% and I will recommend to anyone else I know also visiting the city.

Great hotel, very close to the Taj Mahal.
Pros:

Room was quite good, with hotel facilities being satisfactory. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best breakfast buffets I've had. Staff and management were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Dinner food at rooftop could have been better for the price. But other than that no major complaints.
