Lovely central hotel with great facilities
Pros:

Friendly staff who were flexible where possible
Great breakfast including pancakes and eggs and bacon
Large comfortable rooms
Great baths
Good pool, plenty of sunbeds and cabanas with bar area
Central to chiang mai, bars, cafes, Sunday Market etc

Cons:

Noisy guests late one night should have been dealt with. Minor point

Le personnel s'est montré très accueillant et disponible tout au long de notre séjour, toujours prêt à répondre à nos questions avec le sourire. La chambre, quant à elle, était spacieuse, lumineuse et agréablement décorée, offrant un vrai confort pour se détendre après une journée de visites. Struttura caratteristica. Stanze ampie con vasca idromassaggio .

Cons:

Sarebbe da rivedere la colazione . Pochissimi dolci , nessun tipo di pane se non pancarrè . Cappuccino solo ed esclusivamente dalle macchinette . Sarebbe importante inserire anche il latte per intolleranti .

We liked it, in the old city but not the noisey busier areas.
Pros:

Located just in old town, place looks lovely, very in keeping with traditional Thai look. Nice pool, straight outside our door and little veranda. Massive apartment, nice shower and jacuzzi bath. Decent breakfast, bit limited. Small bar next to pool, nice for a wine or spirit of an evening.

Cons:

Safe deposit box was hanging off when we booked into our superior room, I had to get maintenance to re-secure it to the wall and rest it. We'd upgraded to a top poolside room also, so didn't expect that. Also, I went to gym, lovely location, enough stuff but the main central multigym machine was down, so only the cardio stuff could be used. Also, we had to chase our room cleaning a couple of days. Great huge market but check the day (Night market)

Ottima esperienza e rapporto qualità prezzo.
Pros:

Stanza molto grande, se pur i segni del tempo iniziano a a vedersi. Piscina pulita, grande e comoda. . Ristorante molto buono con orario continuato fino alle 20.30. Colazione varia. Ottima posizione, parcheggio grande e comodo. Molto facile da raggiungere nonostante sia in centro anche con auto.

Cons:

Odore di legno intenso e bagno con spesso odore di fogna ( ma è capitato in quasi tutti gli hotel in Thailandia). Manca una lavanderia self service per gli ospiti, c'e un servizio lavanderia ma abbastanza costoso. Davanti all'hotel c'e una lavanderia sel service però molto comoda e pulita. Staff cordiale ma meno che in altri hotel visitati.

Pros:

Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene al Pingviman Hotel. La camera era bellissima e con un bagno davvero spazioso. Ottima la piscina, perfetta per rilassarsi, e la colazione è stata abbastanza buona. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre gentile e la pulizia era impeccabile, oltre a una posizione molto comoda. Consigliatissimo!

太旧了！
Pros:

位置不错！提前提的要求有实现！

Cons:

酒店很旧。晚上塞耳塞都无法缓解上面一层走路时地板的吱吱呀呀的响声，本身床也不稳，上下床声音很大。墙体隔音也不好！住了两天，吃安眠药都睡不好！

Très beau séjour au pays des éléphants, forte identité du lieu
Pros:

Très beau cadre soigné et calme, le temps s’arrête passé la grande porte. Petit-déjeuner copieux. Matelas et oreillers plus souples que dans la moyenne thaïlandaise. Belle grandeur des chambres et de la piscine pour nager. À proximité d’une laverie et du marché de nuit (street food) pour manger vite et à moindre coût, des 2 temples majeurs, la vieille ville se visite à pied. Une personne est disponible dans le hall pour vous organiser tout type d’excursion dont la visite d’un sanctuaire d’éléphants et donner un plan de la ville.

Cons:

Les télécommandes pour piloter l’air climatisé ne fonctionnaient pas. Il a fallu monter sur une chaise pour ajuster la température sur le boîtier du plafond.
Chambres un peu sombres.
