Beautiful hotel in a super location
Pros:

The room was absolutely exceptional! We were on the ground floor so seconds away from reception, the restaurant and the pool. As a couple without children it was also away enough from family rooms so we didn't hear any noise. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and the cleaners did an outstanding job. Absolutely loved the jacuzzi bath tub - was huge! Also really liked the egg counter at breakfast - lots of options for different styles with various extras in it. The location is terrific, within the old town and very close to the main sights.

Cons:

It would be good if the bar was open later. Sometimes after an evening out it would be nice to have a beer or wine on the terrace or sat by the pool but that wasn't possible (but there is a nine eleven close by to do so instead!)

Un endroit agréablement inspiré par l'ambiance du pays.
Pros:

Situation dans l'ancienne ville, mais au calme, à proximité de tous services et temples fabuleux. La conception de l'hôtel en général, la décoration et les aménagements, on est plongé directement dans ce qui fait le charme du pays. La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner propose un grand choix, mais à base principalement de produits de grande consommation qui manquent de saveurs, comme par exemple le pain, les viennoiseries, confitures, etc qui sont très quelconques.

Wonderful staff, beautiful room and environment. Excellent breakfasts.
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel with so much character and great facilities. We loved the swimming pool area with the gorgeous plants. Our room, with balcony, was spacious and the breakfasts were awesome. The staff were wonderful.

Excellent hotel and location!
Pros:

The rooms were large as was our bathroom. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the location and could walk to some really good places. We would definitely recommend The Pingviman Hotel and would stay here again!

La vasca idromassaggio non funzionava, nonostante i solleciti e le rassicurazioni dello staff l vasca idromassaggio non ci è stata aggiustata, quindi non ne abbiamo potuto usufruire, ma noi avevamo preso la suite proprio per poterla utilizzare.

Pros:

L’emplacement et l’ambiance

Cons:

La communication avec la réception. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude dans la douche du séjour malgré mes demandées. Heureusement la baignoire en avait mais ce n’était pas pratique. Toutes les chambres donnent sur l’intérieur cela raisonne et un soir vers minuit j’ai dû demander à des clients d’être moins bruyants.

We left after one night and adored PAI VILLAGE HOTEL nearby. Sensational.
Pros:

The room was ok. The view was good.

Cons:

The receptionist welcome was " There is no record of your booking". Always a bad start. No bulb in the bedside light. No batteries in the safe so unusable. No restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast not good (delivered on a tray - time and food ordered the night before so if you slept longer, your coffee and eggs sat cold outside your door etc. ). This is for backpackers only.

Pros:

Prima en knus hotel net binnen de muren van de oude stad. Ligging en directe omgeving of de straat niet te veel van verwachten. 7 Eleven, massage salons en wat horeca in de directe omgeving net als een ATM. De nightmarket en toeristische gezelligheid met een taxi op korte afstand. Lopend zo'n 30 minuten. Hotel zelf kleinschalig, wij hadden de kamers direct aan het zwembad. Wij hadden in Oktober kamer 1102 en deze kant heeft dan de hele dag zon. De andere kant heeft in deze periode geen zon op de kamer en terras staan, hier moet je dan wel rekening mee houden. Ontbijt niet verassend of erg uitgebreid. Personeel zeer hulpvaardig en vriendelijk.

Hotel bien situé et très agréable avec une ambiance cosy

Les chambres sont belles et le petit déjeuner est bon et varié

Cons:

Nous avons eu un problème d'eau chaude qui était très longue à venir pour plusieurs chambres .Nous avons du payer pour un verre cassé, c'est un peu mesquin.Le manager pourrait demander aux clients de ne pas faire un bruit insupportable autour de la piscine à presque minuit

Parenthèse enchantée à Chiang Mai
Pros:

Un établissement de taille humaine, avec une très belle architecture authentique avec beaucoup de bois et d'inspiration thaï. La construction est ancienne et ne peut donc pas offrir le même niveau d'insonorisation que les bâtiments modernes, mais ça s'est bien passé.

Cons:

Bruit et comportement de certains clients autour de la piscine.

Excellent Thai Oasis!
Pros:

The staff were welcoming and attentive we had a small issue with our water temperature and aircon but they quickly resolved the issue. The food service we were able to attend was excellent. We were able to book airport transport through the hotel which was excellent.

Cons:

I would have been nice to have an earlier breakfast time as we had many tours that started at 7:00 am which was the time breakfast started so we had to source alternative options as many food places near by didn’t open. However this is a minor issue which may not affect everyone.
