Staff was excellent and very very cooperative.
They tried their best to guide us regarding ATM machine as nothing was working in the city and everything was closed

Best place to be with family for a few days

Overall very good but definitely improvement is much needed in response time of staff room service
Pros:

Breakfast was good but more variety can be added like gluten free menu, pancakes, variety of cheese and bread and fresh juices. Quality of teas need improvement also

Location was very nice with beautiful valley and river views

Cons:

The room service was too slow. We had to call again and again for small matters...

Pros:

Overall cleanliness was ok, as well as the food quality was top notch.

Cons:

Issues in the room. Too much noise coming from a motor, had to get the room changed. Room key lock got faulty & it took maintenance team around 15 mins to get it unlocked. Shower drain was clogged and even after house keeping twice, they didn't fix it!
