Great Location on the water I didn't have a boat but there was a dock right outside my room where you can go fishing...the rooms that had balconies overlooked the ocean. Spacious rooms. The rooms were immaculate, Sandra one of the housekeepers was amazing and made you feel at home as she greeted you each morning with a smile and helped you with any questions. It was nice to have a small shop/ convenience store on the property they had these amazing popsicles homemade and Organic on the right side as you enter the store. Their swimming pool was great with a small waterfall that overlooked the ocean. Free Parking ...a food truck also on property selling different types of Pizza. For beautiful sunset views just jump into your car and travel north just over the bridge there is an establishment on Edgewater Resort a must see. I loved that my Excursion was just south about a mile or two called the Dolphin Research center where you can swim with dolphins it is such a beautiful experience to be able to swim and pet these beautiful babies ❤️❤️❤️ and the best part the staff respects the dolphins wants and needs they never make them do anything they don't feel like doing it's a nonprofit and all the monies go into the care of them.. it's a must see .
The beds were hard you can actually bounce a penny on them.. but I have back problems and it really helped to have a firm mattress.

The room was old with rusty bathroom door and old mirror and a patio that was about to fall through and a green rug that was literally in piece under an unstable table and stained plastic chairs
The property itself is very good, has everything you need, it was clean and comfortable we only stopped for one night on our way back out of the keys for our onward journey.
The only thing that we didn’t like were the other guests partying outside until the early hours of the morning, keeping us awake.
Despite quiet times being between 9pm - 9am.

Second year in a row here and booked again for next already ! This place is seriously just the best vibes and no one hassles you at all. The workers are so helpful, we go with multiple families and cook and hangout at the dock and pool area, and always enjoy ourselves !
Killed 2 roach looking bugs. Booking and this hotel do not work together well. Had to call customer service due to the wrong dates shown. Never had this happen nor had such a gross hotel
Honestly, we had a fantastic stay here!
The room was super clean, even though it definitely had a more older, retro style to it. But honestly, what really made the trip was the staff—they were all super nice from the second we checked in until the moment we left.
The pool is on the smaller side, but it’s totally fine for the location. The absolute highlight of our trip was renting a jet ski for the day—we actually saw dolphins!! It was incredible.
It’s also super convenient that they have a general store right in the lobby. We didn’t even have to leave town to grab stuff, and they even have live bait available if you're there to do some fishing.
Overall, just a great experience. Would definitely stay again!

The location is great because you can fish in the Atlantic or in the bay. The housekeeping person is great and the room was clean.
We were told by the new owner last year that the rooms were all going to be redone, but we got there and all the sea view rooms were still the same. Both beds were horrible and my back hurt after sleeping four nights. We don’t like the new people running the hotel either.
