Cons:

Camera senza: cassaforte e frigobar. Inesistente l’insonorizzazione: sia esterna che interna, che non permette di dormire in modo tranquillo e continuo.
Bagno piccolo e strutturato male. Personale non all’altezza di una struttura al pubblico.
Altro punto sgradevole: se si è in 2 e non si esce entrambi dalla stanza chi scende non può più risalire al piano, visto che in ascensore serve la chiave della stanza. Le scale sembrano solo ad uso “d’emergenza”.
Attenzione: non si può portare alcun cibo in camera.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. One of the staff members was not very friendly, and when I asked about the parking situation, I was quite disappointed by the response. Instead of offering any assistance or suggesting a possible solution, he simply replied, “Not sure” and “I don’t know.” I understand that he may not have had the answer, but I believe the situation could have been handled in a more helpful and professional manner.

Additionally, there was a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom, although I couldn’t identify where it was coming from. This was quite uncomfortable and definitely affected the overall experience.

I hope the management can look into both issues, as I believe customers deserve better assistance from the staff and a cleaner, more pleasant environment with the amount of that.

Ok but you need to be s heavy sleeper.
Pros:

This is in a great location in the unesco area. Easy walk to restaurants, hotels, shopping etc.

Cons:

The noise from outside. No between rooms but if people are talking in the hallway you can hear them and doors closing.

Camera accogliente, pulita e perfettamente corrispondente alle foto. Staff cordiale e disponibile, molto apprezzata anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli oltre l’orario di check-out.

Cons:

L’unico aspetto negativo è la scarsa insonorizzazione: dalla camera si sentivano chiaramente i rumori e il passaggio delle persone nel corridoio.
