Superb budget stay in Georgetown
Pros:

This property definitely exceeded my expectations. The hotel is in a great location in Georgetown, not far from some amazing eateries and bars as well as plenty of heritage sites, temples and other attractions. For the price I paid I was really happy with the cleanliness of the room, the fact it had a window, the great AC, the comfy bed and the hot shower. It even had a desk with a chair! Additionally it is quite modern with a fast lift, a water machine in the corridor and an automated check in/check out experience. Finally, the check-in lady was really friendly and helped me to use the machine as well as greeted me when I came in and out of the hotel. I was very impressed and if I'm on a budget again I will be sure to check out this property.

Cons:

I think there could be a bit of artwork on the walls- the rooms were clean and simply decorated but a bit of artwork would make it even nicer. This is not the fault of the hotel per se but there was a sewage smell in the area which you can smell in the room. Again, I don't believe this is anything to do with the hotel but it is something to be made aware of.

It was wonderful for a short gateway and it also near with food stall. Most important is clean.
