Comfort, size, facilities.
They take $100 deposit on top of the rate, which is normal business, however deposit should be returned when you leave. I haven’t received the deposit back yet, apparently it takes 7-10 days. This is ridiculous. They take it immediately on arrival, but want to hold it for up to 10 days after you leave. Such a shame, this policy has let you down Punthill!
Open plan room , have all the facility there ( washing machine, dryer, mircowave) great for family staying
The heater wasn't working at the room
Enough room for a family of 2+2 with the 2nd bedroom. The staff member Ben who meet us on arrival was great. The other staff member could hardly speak or understand English. Good location. Lots of parking.
Lots we didn't like. The shower was not clean, particularly on the outside of the door at the bottom. The shower rose would have to be the worst we have ever experienced. Dreadful. Not hard to change to improve. Had to ask for face washers, they weren't supplied. Need these when using liquid soap especially with children. The bed was awful, too soft (old) as were the pillows. Not enough crockery and cutlery and wasn't supplied when we requested it. Probably the worst part was that we had been out all day. Came back to unit for an hour to rest before going out for the evening. Woke up to incessant knocking on the door, which was housekeeping come to do the room. At 4pm!! Who does the housekeeping at 4pm??? The apartment was clean but not really clean. The glasses had fingerprints on them and under the beds hadn't been vacuumed for ever. Not really impressed about our stay. Couldn't really recommend it.
The Room was larger with better facilities than the hotel next door where we usually stay when visiting our daughter who lives in the area.
We had Room 86!! It is the furthest from the entry and for unloading the car, this was 3 trips - 250+ metres per single lap! As the room was not ready, one of us had to stay with the things already shifted. We booked early, we are both well into our 70s. Why were we so far away??? Why is Reception not central to the building?
There was no tea pot - multiple cups in one brew is not an unusual expectation.
As there was no service on Sunday, AND no face washer, dirty towels on a second day are not pleasant.

as we went in peak of winter , room was very warm, so clean , beds were so comfortable, and the location was great for us to visit the Parliament House and other attractions so perfect location aswell
Everything was good as we were only there for two nights
Had everything we needed. However the carpets looked a bit dirty with dog hair. We liked how spacious the room was and friendly the service was.
The bedrooms didn’t have full floor to ceiling walls.

The 100$ holding deposit i didnt know had to happen after be 314$ a night and haven't gotten it released yet as a person that goes to hotels monthly iv never had to put a deposit on a room after paying so high
Had to ask multiple times to get TV looked at as it wasn't working. Had towels replaced while we were out and they didn't leave enough towels for all our guest, reception was closed by the time we got back to our room and no one was able to supply more towels. In the morning they didn't check to see if we needed more towels despite messages being left. Room wasn't overly clean either. Could hear dogs barking in the rooms around us through the night.

Well presented and comfortable and the room services are good!
The air conditioning doesn’t work-it’s an ongoing issue. Seems we were in the same room/wing as last time. We were advised that the heating was checked and working but it wasn’t but at least they had small heaters in the room this time. Don’t think we will stay here again.
