Pros:

Ease and convenience with online Booking, the communication with Punthill Narrabundah staff was exceptional. All of our questions answered promptly, communications friendly and very helpful.

Basic hotel but lacks any character at all. Several problems need addressing.
Pros:

The facilities are basic. The room was clean but spartan. The desk manager was very helpful despite the shortcomings of the property.

Cons:

The room I was allocated, the heating did not work. Manager told me they were having problems with it but it is crazy they would sell a room without checking the heating. Had to check two other rooms before they found one that worked.
TV was terrible. No Foxtel and 80% of the DTV channels didn’t work.
No face washers.

The staff were friendly and helpful, changed our room because it was smoked in...even though it's non smoking

Room 69, electrical safety switches kept tripping. Please have the trades come in for a safety check

Beautiful quiet spacious space. My baby slept so well!
Pros:

It’s close to everywhere, clean and spacious! I would rebook!

Cons:

Pantry is also closed when reception is closed. Also the mill in the fridge was expired. So definitely double check the expiry date on the milks.

Quiet and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Quiet location and rooms with easy access to all main roads. Spacious light room with comfy beds and pillows. Good size bathroom with plenty of space to store toiletry bag, clothes etc. Great to have a washing machine and dryer. Free parking.

Cons:

Heating system not very responsive, used the spare blanket, and microwave requires a degree, otherwise all good.
