ห้องเล็ก อุปกรณ์ของใช้ในห้องพักไม่เหมาะกับที่มีเครื่องหมาย SHA ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงจากรถเข็นแม่บ้านทำความสะอาดและแขก พื้นทางเดินไม่สะอาด Lobby เล็กไม่พร้อมต้อนรับกรุ๊ปที่ใหญ่ ความใส่ใจการร้องขอสำรองห้องไม่ได้รับการตอบรับ ราคาแบบนี้ควรมีอาหารเช้าเมื่อเทียบกับที่พักอื่นราคาถูกกว่าแต่มีอาหารเช้า

ส่วนที่รับไม่ได้สุดคือ แอร์แย่มาก เสียงดัง อดทนฟังเสียงอยู่ชั่วโมงกว่าๆ แก้ไขเบื้องต้นด้วยการลดลม เพิ่มอุณหภูมิ สุดท้ายต้องแจ้งฟรอนต์ขอเปลี่ยนห้อง ยังดีที่มีห้องให้เปลี่ยน ขับรถมาเกือบ 7 ขั่วโมงเพื่อมาเจอเหตุการณ์แบยนี้ตอนเที่ยงคืน มันก็อดที่จะบ่นไม่ได้จริงๆ

แอร์โรงแรมดูเก่าค่อนข้างมาก โรงแรมควรเปลี่ยนออกถ้ามีงบเพียงพอ หรือดูแลจัดตารางเมนเทนแนนซ์ให้ถี่ขึ้น เหตุการณ์นี้มันทำให้ต้องประเมินฮอปอินน์ใหม่ ว่าเวลาจะเดินทางไปจังหวัดอื่นๆ ที่มีสาขาจะควรเลือกพักดีหรือไม่
